Check in day and rest day – still sitting at 60…we’ve upped food as we’ve had no real weight increase for a few weeks and body comp is still good

So today was the same as most work days
Woke, walked the dogs, made breakfast, went to work, came home, went training hit legs and felt so strong! (Session is attached), then food shopped, food prepped, played with dogs, cleaned and now chilling

So today was a work day, did my client meetings and admin until 3 then I food prepped, food shopped, cleaned, dog walked and trained back and delts – tonight’s session felt good and strong – trying to work on bringing up my delts as they are a real weak point in my physiqueLateral raise you are at 9kg each arm? Hey,Yes 9 per arm I’m not very strong on shoulders trying to work on it. I use the anavar more for recovery if anything.
Don’t let form go, weight will build up with time

I think it’s more what you feel best yourself I find I hit my Glutes most on RDLs and deficit deadlifts

Competition matter! Bodypower is a competition that worth it? It is very close to NABBA which is one day after… which one you prefer and why?
Apparently you can get a pro card on bodypower…if I m not wrong!

Yes I take 10mg of anavar I cycle this as 8-10 weeks on & 12 weeks off.
I’ve never had side effects from it but some people do it’s very person dependantI would do one or the other so you can peak properly. I loved PCA when I competed with them but again it’s whichever federation you’d prefer to compete with.
I love to be busy & to have something to take my mind away from the gym.
Keep training hard ????

Busy day and just getting round to wrapping up
I’ve worked, competed admin, seen my grandma for her birthday, went to see my parents, food prepped, food shopped and trained push and actually felt super strong!
