You can always trail it and see how your body responds

Like James says I’d look to pull
Cals from somewhere else first like carbs.

Or maybe look at alternative protein options to make cals less

Yes you get further into a deficit portions will get smaller – could use some pickles or green salad to make them slightly bigger

I think if you ensure that recovery is optimal where you give your body the rest it needs, the food it needs and getting some good health supps in like from the JP range e.g. join in, unsure, love heart you’ll be making sure your body has what it needs to train how you want. Your body is only as strong as your mind, don’t allow yourself to think that you are older and cannot do certain things as it in turn won’t do

Like Clare said it sounds like your really active anyway – just making sure you stay active in offseason to help with digestion and appetite is important

    Rest Day ????

So I spent the morning working and sorting all my admin from this week and happy with how work is going at the moment – hoping to move up quickly next year to something that I love but only time will tell.

I’ve then spent the evening with my friend over in Manchester shopping, eating, laughing so a great day ????

I’d go straight into the PPL split like Clare said to ensure recovery is optimal for now especially just starting your offseaon id go
Go for a Push Pull Rest Legs Rest Repeat
