I don’t see a problem with the amount of whey as long as it’s a good quality iso. I have whey 2x per day and then the rest are solid foods

I think this is very person dependant, you shouldn’t really change how often your training as it’s important to keep moving when pregnant. Just obviously need to take it day by day as to how she’s feeling in terms of intensity. Keeping active throughout is a really important in my opinion

I completely agree with Joe I feel like the BB you can load up the bar more, but I do like the feel of a DB RDL. Try adding in some resistance bands around your hope when doing the DB. RDL these are a real burner

Great day…so I did much of the same dog walking, working, food prepping etc.
Then I trained back and delts as I said before my delts need so much work. But I push numbers higher than ever today was a super successful session. Rest day tomorrow & got lots to sort as it’s last full day at work.
Tonight I’m going diving with my friends let’s see how this goes hahahahaha!

I’d stick to the leg press and the smith squat. Smash those until needing to change exercises up

Hey!
I used to run an similar split so a pull, push, rest, legs, rest, repeat and we had 2 variations of sessions. I feel like 2 is adequate enough in my opinion

So today was a work day I had some
Meetings and completed some admin.I have also dog walked, trained legs session was good hit some bigger numbers on squat and leg press for same reps so I’m buzzing I seem to be growing nicely but my weights dropped again today after upping food last week so I’m really annoyed at that feel like I’m never going to be big enough for my class, so frustrating. But it is what it is I know I’m doing everything I can so hopefully it will pay off on stage

100% with Oscar I only incorporate these into a warm up if they are they. But can use cables
I find DB leg curls get me right In my adductors

I completely agree with the boys here just depends on how your split sits. I do a density day which helps me hit each part of my back and then a back day which focuses more on upper back

Busy Sunday!
I dog walked, cooked food for the day for us both, went to see Kubas mum, trained push session was good hit some good numbers on highest weight I’ve pushed so far this offseason, had an evening with my friends and then chilled at home 🙂
Ready for my last week at work before Christmas ????

Hope you’re all having a lovely Saturday!
I did the usual – food prepped, dog walked, food shopped, cleaned and now chilling
Trained density and felt super strong and good in the session

I agree with Jimmy and Oscar volume seems high.
I never feel like I’ve got much left after a working and back off –
Sometimes we add in a third but on one
Or 2 exercises per sessionMeg Sylvester IFBBPRO
