    Had a long lovely day in London today with Kuba

    We shopped (he bought me a coat for Christmas it’s beautiful! Very grateful) we went to watch the lion king which was fantastic I love the theatre more than anything. And then sushi to end the night and we’re only just getting in bed tonight. Ready for a density session at Muscle
    Works tomorrow with @rheagayle

    So today we travelled to London

    Before we left I food prepped, dog walked and packed all our clothes ready to go. We’re spending the weekend training, going to the theatre and eating (well I will be haha)

    Session was good and strong it’s attached aswell as some of today’s check ins. Sitting at 60.3kg can’t seem to crack past that 60 mark

    Today was full of much of the same:
    Working
    Admin
    Dog walking
    Food shopping
    Food prepping
    And training legs – session is attached, felt strong and got some ridiculous pumps again!

    Tonight I’m getting all mine and Kubas things ready to go to London tomorrow

    Make sure your hydrated before getting on the stairs and during this should help minimise risk of pumps/cramps

    Rest day today, day consisted of:
    Working
    Dog walking
    Food prepping
    Trip to Costco
    Went to see Kubas mum
    Had my nails done

    There is no specific time to do it. I just prefer AM as it sets me for the day and I always do this in prep so I just apply the same routine to my offseason.

    I like to get my heart rate up to 120bpm

    Today was a typical work day – woke up early – dog walked, made breakfast for me and Kuba and off to work I went for a couple of meetings then it was back home to finish admin and some training for work I needed to do.

    This evening I trained push (session is attached) felt good, strong. Then I food shopped, dog walked, food prepped for evening meals and tomorrow’s day time meals, had a bath and now watching a film with Kuba ❤️

    Happy Monday All ????

    Back to work today…went to the office, forgot my laptop at home great start to the day haha! Anyway competed all
    Work once I got home and did some calls and internal meetings whilst I was there.
    Then I’ve trained, food prepped and did some cleaning and dog walking.

    Session was good – felt strong but a little tired today. Session is attached below

    Check in day today
    Back up to 60kg really happy with this diet, training has been great this week. Had an extra rest day today to look after Kuba at the hospital and then will train both days this weekend.

    Check in looks amazing as per usual. That X frame is to die for ????
    What’s the plan going forward now then ? Gonna keep trying to push body weight up etc ? Hope kuba makes a speedy recovery and look forward to hearing your reply xxx

    Yes so still trying to push as body weight had Findlay started to push forwards again we will re comp when I get too out of shape. Thank you he’s much better thank you x[/quote]

    I feel like at least 2 rest days are necessary during the week. Maybe look at the intensity of your training if you feel you can do more in a week maybe just putting a little more into your sessions could work?

    So had a lovely weekend with Rhea we’ve had a nice relaxing funny weekend together

    Today we shopped, food prepped, I saw family, trained and went out for food with Kuba this evening.
