Rest day for me

I dog walked, worked, food shopped, food prepped, dog walked again with my dad and then went to my friends house for the evening which was wonderful – I really needed it ❤️

Hey!

Happy Monday All,

Today I dog walked, made food for the morning for myself and Kuba – went to work did the AM in the office and then went to a client meeting this afternoon. Then home to sort my pre and off to the gym for push session was good and strong I’ve attached my log

Then home to chill, food prep, dog walk

@k it’s just easy for extra cals at the minute.

Get used to taking meals with you and organising your day so work & training can fit and neither are hindered

@k hey! I use the Bonne Maman just as I love the flavour!
Yes I take all my food with me when I’m working but I don’t need to change any meals. I work mostly on the road so have to be well prepared.
And yes I switch meal orders and times when I’m working to for around that and do so even in comp prep. I don’t let it affect me just plan and do ????

Keep your training the same, this shouldn’t alter IMO

So today has been a super busy Sunday I haven’t actually sat down until just now!
I dog walked x 3 (one together and 2 separate- 30/40 mins each walk) food prepped, house cleaned and got ready for training.
Trained density was a good session added in deficit stiff legs they are hard as hell!! Session is attached

Tonight I food prepped and now finally time to sit down!

Holy crap that’s a lot of food ????????

Haha I know I’m not complaining but my stomach is ready for a diet! Hope your training is going well x
Hahaha I agree- I think improvement season is more difficult than a prep. Pushing food at times is quite difficult. It’s going great thank you- hope you’re feeling better ???? would actually love to see another training video on here of you! X
100% but all just part of the process, glad it’s going well. Yes maybe one day but all the guys videos are great!

If it can fit into your macros then yes why not – in offseason I’ve used it in meal one for enjoyment and for extra calories

Check in Day ????
So after being unwell and not training for a few days my weight has gone up. Body looks ok. I’ve kept food the same but had training day foods on a couple of the days to make sure weight stays on. I’m now 61.9 – waiting on feedback
