Hey all,
Rest day and work day –
I worked, dog walked x 2, food prepped and went to see my grandad for his birthday tonight.Tomorrow I’m going swimming for a little bit of active recovery. Hope you’ve all had a great day x

Hi All,
So today was rest day – first of 4 whilst body recovers. I dog walked, did posing practise, tried on bikinis for this season with my bikini lady, had a massage and then went food shopping, food prepped for tomorrow and went to the spa on my own to chill out after a busy week. Think I’m going to go tomorrow night too as I loved it.
Tonight it’s burgers and bed ❤️ hope you’ve all had a great weekend

Hey All!
Busy Saturday- started off dog walking, food prepping, went for a coffee with my friend and then back home to get ready for legs.
I trained with Oscar and Kuba was a good strong session just need a couple extra rest days as I’m super tired right now.

Check in day – so I had a little drop this week not sure why – hit all meals – not doing anything more in terms of expenditure so not too sure – either way I’m really happy with pics today!
Every week when you post your progress pictures my jaw drops farther everytime. You’re physique is something dreams are made of ????????????

I think if your therapist is good they’ll know your trouble areas by assign you without saying – if they manage to make sure you feel better at the end then job well done

Hey All!
Busy day – I dog walked, worked, did lots of admin work as I’ve been invited to a really important meeting tomorrow! Still actually feeling under the weather it’s been like 5 weeks now it’s starting to annoy me felt not so bad till I started deadlifting – session was good and strong though

Going to try to keep active away from the gym, will set a moderate step count and increase as I get fitterYes definitely slow and steady and you’ll enjoy it more that way!

I agree with Rich – go with the PPL or upper lower and just do the 4 sessions you’ll see some great changes. Make sure activity is high too away from the gym and make sure diet is on point also!

So today was another work day – I had a client meeting and then home to do some admin.

Fun questions: favourite cookie and favourite granola?
Serious questions: what body part do you feel needs bring up the most? Do you still go diving every now and then????????? it is I shouldn’t complain but I’m ready to diet now!
My favourite cookies are the white choc and honeycomb ones fro Tesco haha and the Jordan’s honey granola is BEAUT!
I think my glutes and delts need to most improvements!! My delts are pretty shocking. And I go sometimes but more to just see my friends
