Hey All!
Busy long day today – started at 5am took the dogs out walking made breakfast for us all. Then went to work 8-4 to smash this project out.
Then off to the gym for pull – I wasn’t feeling 100% so we didn’t go to failure but still managed some PBs
This evening I’ve food prepped for tonight and tomorrow’s rest day, had a bath and now chilling catching up with clients

Hope you’ve all had a lovely Monday
Today I worked till around 3pm, dog walked m, food shopped, food prepped, went to get some Starbucks muffins for me and Kuba for today and tomorrow and then went to the gym to train Push ???????? strong session managed to get the 30s up I need to tidy them up but it’s a good place to start! (Session is attached)
Tried the new ISO today from the trainedbyjp nutrition range and it is beautiful ????????

I agree with Oscar here. I don’t and won’t do supersets I don’t see the real point in them. But if you are going to use them do the compounds first and then add in some supersets with accessories

As Clare says – don’t track calories burnt. Just cardio for a specific time increase that HR and if weight loss stalls add in more cardio/ reduce intake gradually
