She could do a more lower body focus where she does 2 lower body days and one upper rather than fully body.
Where she hits her glutes with compounds like hip thrusts, rdls, leg press (higher stance) or split squats / lunges
And then can use isolations like ham curls, kick backs etc to build up the sessions more like that

A really epic upper session yesterday with some nice progress

If you’ve been deep into a deficit it’s normal as you reverse out that it will take time for these things to get better – as you gain a little more weight these will start to improve a little over time before being totally back to normal

Hey guys
Rest day here – a day spent getting more stuff ready for going away and a couple clients competing.
Getting 1 BB ready to go away for a day is a mamouth (but worth it) task. So 2 BB for 12 days is a lot to get ready but I don’t like leaving things till the last minute.
I broke my mirror this morning too rushing about. 7 years bad luck great lol
