Have you checked you haven’t had a small strain? If you’ve lost power maybe and even nervy but a specialist can help you diagnose

If not then yes you can look to re set.

    Are you in a diet?

I agree with Jordan it shouldn’t need to change too much, but as you get very lean big lifts like hinges squats etc may need a volume shift or to be swapped out and most others you’ll find you can keep. Mind over matter with strength expect for push haha that one will bite you as some point just keep working till the time is needed

You don’t want to be resting too long. Makes it easier and if too long into a widow maker.

Get up take a breath, will be a sec then straight back down into the next rep

As you progress more training you’ll learn you can get your breath on the way down

Warm ups aren’t a part of your sets.

Isolations is so 1-2 warm ups max.
Compounds I’d do 2-4 depending how strong you are.

First warm up I’d do 8 reps, then 4, then 2/1 how I structure mine.

Might need more warm ups when you first start a new set of sessions with finding your groove but don’t need to over think and just do 🙂

Leg day and check in day

Kubas super happy with my physique and how things are looking. We saw a bit of weight drop this week but it was my week with more rest days due to not training upper this rotation with only doing in every 2 rotations now. So he wants to see if it rises into Thursday. So we shall see if anything is to be adjusted

    Legs was
    Seated ham
    Rdl
    Lying ham
    Leg press
    Leg extension
    Hip thrusts
    Claves

Maybe looking at how you do your tricep work too as well as what the guys said above if you’re letting your shoudler roll forward to much as you extend may be why you’re getting the pain

The only thing I have seen re grow cartilage has been stem cells in megs knees, other than that I haven’t seen anything do it.

Joint stack will help and generally doing movements that don’t hurt will too!

I appreciate your reply and knowledge kuba , it’s a positive that there is actually something out there that does actually re grow cartilage, do you mind me asking we’re abouts she got this procedure done?

I have a friend out in the states who advised me a huge amount of athletes over there go to Mexico for various different treatments/procedures and is well regarded and much cheaper. (I understand cheaper isn’t always better)

I will be starting the joint stack and collegen today which even a 1% improvement I will happily take and just keep readjusting my training were I can to get some shoulder work in

    Hey!

We got it done in Medellín Colombia with bioexcellerator it’s one of the only places that use stem cells that are worth paying.

If you’re getting it cheaper it’s usually because it’s not as good quality

The supplements from TBJP helped me a lot when my knees were bad and continue to do so now
