Run your test day meals, if no breaks get a massage on this time,
When you’re back run 3 deload sessions at least so ease bsxk in

Prime is new, bodybuilding is not
Prime or any machine is nice for stability
You can get strong and huge using free weight
Same rules apply good form get stronger and effort over everything

First day with all training day meals in and a session I feel so much better for it
The place I’m staying is great
Dubai is busy but nice, excited to start looking around a little more now I’m settled with food prepped etc

Specific food? A compound if you think so? Poor routine with meal times, poor sleep

Choose foods you enjoy
Keep up some good expenditure
Train hard
Don’t push food to the point your going to be sick take small pullbacks when needed
Don’t drink lots around meal times (10-15 mins pre and post)
Keep meal times and quality sleep
