    Hey Guys

So yesterday I said I had upper today, I was lying lol, I have a deload, my deficit starts Monday next week leading into the O so an ideal time to take a re set. It’s been 6 weeks since the last and I’ve been a bit beat up this past week.

I don’t really enjoy not being at the gym but I also hate having sub par sessions, so would rather take the few days I need before heading back in

    Hey guys!

Rest day here and a usual morning of work and walking and eating

We’re having our massages a little later today so a little of a back to front day but it’ll be so nice to have that prior to bed time later

And back in with upper as usual tomorrow

    Hey All

Leg day today which will be:
    Seated curl x 3
    Leg ext x 2
    Leg press x 2
    Glute drive x 2
    Walking lunge x 1
    Leg curl lying x 2

This will be my last session before a deload week, this marks 6 weeks since the last and my body is ready for it – starting to see sleep suffer, recovery suffer – this will then be the week pre starting my deficit for the Olympia too so will fall inline well for the diet phase.

    Are you out of shape?

Do you eat a lot of high sat fat meals?

What cycle are you running if any? Are you at the end of a big push or no?

Have you had bloods done before and had these sit high before or is this new?

Yes a diet is going to help here – so pulling back.

You probably need to change your habits when you aren’t dieting too to bring a little more mindful of edging more on the side of “clean foods” rather than going with a 50/50 approach as this will always bring negative returns with your bloodwork

And I would add in the vital support to aid with this – keep it in consistent, the entire range from tbjp will help you a lot especially with keeping any androgens in

    Walking
    Working
    Meal prep
    House jobs

And we went to the spa for the early afternoon, one we’ve been to a few times, relaxing spending some time together. Always get some funny looks being amongst normal folk in our swim wear and Tupperware haha

Yes I agree with hilly, when you see a response like this best to get it checked out properly medically

Yes I agree with Clare – if you need surgery obviously the earlier rhe better you get that done

With training it’s about adapting a plan based off of what you can do based on your pain

Upper session today and my 30th birthday what a better way to spend a birthday and it’s very nearly time for my deficit to start into my Olympia prep, nothing really changes as we head in as things are locked in anyway just less foods on the base food plan

It was my Atlantis shoulder press day I pulled back my weight at the start of this training block as I was moving 3 plates but it was scrappy a nice 2+15kg today for 11 with nice form depth and tempo

I think you’d find progress hard with being experienced on a full body split, an upper lower would be my choice here means you only need 4 sessions per week and that’s nice mentally but also enough days in the week to commit some good time to the family too

Protein amount isn’t awfully low but not too high.

I guess if your goals are competitive bodybuilding I would aim to increase and would agree with Kuba and Michaela with amount to increase by.

May see digestion slow a tad from it to begin with but post that should see an improvement in recovery and imo when a protein progression is done fullness too

I agree with the guys cream of rice is super easy to digest. If you use the TBJP COR you don’t have to mix things in or sweeten it as it’s already done for you
