Hey Guys
Upper day and a nice session for sure – some small regressions but to be expected when body weight is coming down especially on pressing, but still nice and strong and always giving it my all which is most important
No changes this week to set up as is and I was 10 weeks out on Friday and Kuba’s happy so we will let him do the thinking 🙂

Yeah I like a pparml off solid for those who can recover from it and need a bit more arm, see how recovery goes and if you’re making progress in the gym and physically stick with it

Legs was flabby today and a huge drop on the scales this morning which is nice, Kubas only made one change to my plan and I’m only like 7kg over my last stage weight from start of the year with lots of time to go, will be happy
For a change soon though. I think deep down we all like to suffer a bit hahaProgressing and some maintenance on lifts today but an all round excellent session

Yeah I aheee with Clare more than likely going too heavy or doing a movement wrong and maybe just wear over time,
I’d go and check it out with a medical professional first
But the join in and curcumin will always help keeping things at bay
Alongside good form, tempo and not going too heavy for what you can handle

Body weight down again, just slightly so things moving nice, still no changes since the first change. If things slow I’d expect Kuba will push things along.
Push day today –
Which will be my smith press session, I definitely prefer this session to my other, haha maybe I shouldn’t say that. But I do

thank you, would you consider keeping the sodium the same, and taking no diuretics improve this “protocol”? i was asking about a no headache method
Depends on the person really always hard to say.
If you’re peeled peeled won’t need non or maybe just a sprinkle depending again on all your metrics
But huge adjustments is salt and water won’t lend itself to a good look, small manipulations if needed is the bestv

Just sounds like you need to take your time with building calories rather than over eating and building things too quick, around 40% of my clients are over 45 and yes a lot of them struggle a little with appetite compared to my younger clients, but the process remains the same build up cals slowly, taper expenditure down over time, don’t go silly with off plan eating and this sees a nice stead gain over 18-22 weeks and for sure at the end from a body comp and appetite perspective we have to diet

So I like to reduce my water for an hour pre bed to help the get ups be a bit less frequent
Keeping a solid sleep routine and pre bed routine helps
Sleep supps help like dream sleep as you get deeper and closer to the show.
But if you’re super super lean close to a show sleep does just get a little rubbish
