I mean no movements a must and no movements is unnecessary it’s what works well for you for what you want to bring up and if it’s not about the physique it’s just enjoyment (but the better physique is obviously a by product) I’d do the rdl yes instead of the hammie curl and add the hip thrusts straight after

Really nice session strength wasn’t progressing in the last part of the session but normal as bring nearer show – just glad for fighting for now regressions
Weight has moved a lot since this leg day 10 days ago 4kg lol and things still moving strong and no super supps added in just yet.
Anyway great week ticked off into the next – 8 weeks 5 days to go

I guess it’s more pump like than, really getting to work work like pull and legs.
I don’t need my upper to get much bigger for my class, well based on feedback but we will see against these O girls lol.
No changes to plan yet, body weight and condition is moving nice
Clen is at 80mcg, Telmisartan at 20mg, Merformin 500mg, GH 2 IU and fem test 1mg per week.I’m unsure when primo will be added in as the look for now is nice without, I had 9 week exposure to it for my first part of the seasons shows so the little I can use the better for me, but have to be realistic gotta do something to stand up with the big girls

From what I know it’s not great standard chicken which is why it’s not very expensive, so depends – for me I’d never want anything cheap or bad for my digestion, for the sake of 10 mins an air fryer with some raw chicken breast

Was a savage session – some nice weight moved on db rdls and rest of the session there were little wins in there too which is nice
Another drop in weight another step forward, it’s all about nailing the day to day each day not just in a prep for me to see the best outcome – can’t wait to keep on doing the do
