Rest day today,
Had my hair done as I haven’t had it dyed for a little while
Kerry came before she’s headed to America Definitely the best look she’s had, it’ll be nice to go and stand against the girls over there as it’s definitely time for that

Lower vol leg sesh.
Not super low vol as I just prefer more rest days than actual “lower vol” sessions on weeks needing to take a step back.
They aren’t the fun weeks but they are the necessary weeks.
Tomorrow is rest day and finally having my hair died ….. not happened since post comp on April there are hard roots

Ensure you’re doing some compound work as well as isolations and giving enough time to recover
Maybe adding them at the start of a session as a “priority” for a while may help

Diet break week commences
Which gives us 6 weeks of hard pushing before we peak into the O
Weight has moved a lot the last 10 days and fatigue has built a lot so a little re set before we push on again.
This is a week before planned, so timelines aren’t always set in stone

Issues take a long time to – unissue (if that’s the word)

I mean no movements a must and no movements is unnecessary it’s what works well for you for what you want to bring up and if it’s not about the physique it’s just enjoyment (but the better physique is obviously a by product) I’d do the rdl yes instead of the hammie curl and add the hip thrusts straight after

Leg day
Really nice session strength wasn’t progressing in the last part of the session but normal as bring nearer show – just glad for fighting for now regressions
Weight has moved a lot since this leg day 10 days ago 4kg lol and things still moving strong and no super supps added in just yet.
Anyway great week ticked off into the next – 8 weeks 5 days to go
