It always depends on what you feel you can do in a morning, for me I’d prefer as much sleep as possible, so I’d do a heavier last meal, have
a banana, 20g nut butter dark chocolate
Eaa and cyclic dextrin drink in 750ml water added in 1g saltWill set you up nicely and then rest of meals good to go in your day

Awesome a good 2lb a week to start will see a nice shift as a start point, then towards end of diet will likely slow to a 1/1.5lb a week drop. Likely will run a maintenance week in there to deload and that’ll have you at goal weight and look holding all mass…essentially your gear will do a great job of holding mass and a nice start and simple approach to a diet

There was no plan of reducing output
Food will be added in 2 days prior to show and I have weight cap to hit
So you’re going for a depletion and load back end
I agree with Claire as long as you’re peeled, it’s likely the inflammation and end of diet fathiue making the weight not shift, if you are ready no need to deplete further small push up in food and drop down in output to start now

Hey! Hope you’re having a great holiday first of all. See when you get back what the damage is if it’s just a kilo or could you should be fine to just head back to normal. If it’s pretty excessive then yes a bit of a pull would be a good idea just so you’re back in a great place,

I for sure couldn’t go for 13 eeeks without at least a couple of sessions that are either less intense / some additional days off so you’ve done well
Take yourself 3 days off, first session back can go in with full vol just don’t push the last gnarly rep, re set the loads to like 90% that first week then should be ready to push along again
Keep us posted

I’m with Oscar – I’m not saying not to totally control, Jordan is always in control but super slow eccentrics aren’t needed on an SLDL

Can’t see the videos but if you are struggling to get in a suitable position to pull SLDLs from then yes you can either move to conventional or pull your SLDLs from an elevated position off blocks for a few weeks before gradually returning to the standard height off the floor once your body is able to lock in your lats, keep a neutral spine and have a suitable degree of knee bend. Film your sets from the side to keep a track of positional improvements
Oh sorry the video should be visible now

So if I would do elevated sdl there would be no problem with bending my knees more than I should?[/quote]
An SLDL would always be a stiff knee, so the elevation that Adam suggested will allow you to keep the back parallel and the legs straightFocus on doing that for now till you feel strong and stable enough to move away from the elevation
If it’s just not clicking you could do a standard deadlift he’s
