I agree with Peter dieting for a long time has an effect mentally and not everyone can do it for a long period of time as it starts affecting you, if you don’t want to bulk keep at maintenance you’ll only get a bit bigger muscularity wise but not fat as I guess you want to stay lean

Upper session today.
I actually felt really strong at the start of my sessions, a little less so towards the end but nearing on 6 weeks out and a lengthy time being quite lean now haha (for me anyway)
I’m really happy with how my Perfomanc has remained great.
Today assistance was added in so at 6.5 weeks from the O of 10mg primo – will see how the look will change, I find once it’s added my weight tends to hold for a sec before it starts moving again, so I’ll let Kuba do the thinking as he says ๐

If you’re doing full body I’d max do it like 3 x per week maybe 4
With you having days you have to train with allowance for rest days and you’d like to train on all those days I’d do upper lower

We aren’t here to tell suppliers but find a bodybuilder who is big at your gym and ask him – if it’s your first cycle just use a small amount of test – the result you’ll get will be nuts I find eq and tren 2 things that make most people very anxious maybe strong but not worth it for the mental side imo

Not really , the straight leg aspect trains the hamstring more , you will get some adductor stim , but will get much more rear adductor from a stiff leg pull where the leg is slightly bent and then locked into place , the adductor has tons of leverage in that start point pull
I’m having a lot of trouble with adductor recovery even with 4 sleeps. For example, last workout I did one set of adductor, one set of hyperextensions and two sets of leg press (I still do it with emphasis on quads by putting my feet on the bottom of the platform and stance pretty close) and tomorrow I have to do the leg again and I have some slight doms. Do you think I should consider training rir 1 on the adductor machine?

For now you could take out of adductor work as you’ll get that from leg press anyway.See how you go with that, more volume isn’t always more especially if you can’t recover from it

Last lower vol session today – thank god.
Used my cpap for the first time last night and got 8 hours of sleep, I don’t even remember the last time that happened.
Massage in the morning with will, body comp is a lot further a long than it was in my first prep and we have a lot of time left, looking forward to seeing my look on a Saturdays check in

Last rest day of the deload – exited to get back in the gym
Sleep was a little rough last night – I had a sleep study done and I have sleep apnea and my device came today so I’m excited to pop it on tonight and hopefully have a great sleep ๐
