I also get most pain in my knees when I squat, remember we don’t have to do all movements
Maybe try taking out the squat and see how we go
Do you run deloads? What do you take for joint care supps wise? What do you to recover?

Yeah I agree with Clare have the mps on the way to the the gym then have your intra carbs to sip on during your session ( performance fuel or sustain would be a great option for you )
