    I also get most pain in my knees when I squat, remember we don’t have to do all movements

    Maybe try taking out the squat and see how we go

    Do you run deloads? What do you take for joint care supps wise? What do you to recover?

    Kuba has adjusted my sessions a tad from today, same working sets just less movements.

    Session will be

    Seated leg curl x 4
    Leg ext x 3
    Leg press x 2
    Glute drive x 2
    Glute press x 2
    Calves x 2

    Yeah I agree with Clare have the mps on the way to the the gym then have your intra carbs to sip on during your session ( performance fuel or sustain would be a great option for you )

    For some npp can just cause some negative mental sides, great for strength gains for sure as part of your stack
