So first of all I’d get in touch with the doc and do a fertility test, you may not need to use anything as you may be in a good spot anyway, if not then you can go down the route of support with it

    Rest day here

To baseline diet, just a couple zero carb meals today nothing extreme, I’m just really hyper focused on wanting to bring my absolute best so I’d do anything to make that happen

Tomorrow I’ll be upper so boxed off my steps early so I can have a chilled night x

I agree with Jordan you don’t need fancy equipment to make progress

I agree with kuba start low and then work up

Would be my approach with all

But especially those who do aromatise harder too

    Rest day here

Another high day, my weight did come up from yesterday, visually a tad tighter

Can imagine it’ll be back to normal plan with foods etc from tomorrow for legs

Will definitely be putting this food to good use

Density day and a high day.

Hit a weight low today, condition really pulling through for this amount of weeks out.

But I wanted to be ready early that was my wish, I feel I always look better when I’m ready early, well everyone does, but I just stress a lot less which is the main thing for me.

I’m so excited for the next 4.5 weeks it’ll soon be time to board the plane.

I have draggy days but then I think about the fact I get to walk on the O stage super soon and it’s all so worth it (well worth it anyway. But even more so)

    Rest Day here for us

Massage done, client work done – have a couple clients competing today one at an amateur show here in the UK and a pro over in the US in both bikini girls.

Excited to see how they do as they both look amazing

I would start by trialling it first

And seeing how you go, if you can’t recover you can look to reduce down exercises (if give it a couple weeks) or just drop down to 3 sessions if it’s too much.

    But start by starting –

2 hours isn’t overly long I would just make sure you have some intra carbs a a protein serving during (e.g. sustain and mps) to fuel your session

Diet wise depends if you’re aiming to grow or diet as to quantity but put your main body of carbs around your workout window and then just equally spread across 5-6 meals per day depending on your work commitments and time restraints
