I would really consider getting prp treatment for you knee jordan, seems like youve tried everything else under the sun! my knees were fucked to the point the doctors after the mri said I could be at risk for a tendon rupture due to their damage at any workout! After 3 sessions of prp the results were miraculous! Its hard to find a decent and cost efficient place to do it but https://www.dynamicosteopaths.com/ in henley in arden did mine and the guy is superb! Worth a shot or few – literally!

@jordan-peters Hi Jordan, I’ve noticed a lot of your cycles either include NPP or Tren
In a prep how many weeks out do you tend to introduce Tren? Do you use from the beginning of preparation?

When strength and performance starts to take a considerable hit, thats when adding tren can become useful in prep

Again like Jimmy said, negative feedback loop of t3 is very quick. Best get a full bloodwoprk panel done, to test circulating levels of test e2 SHGB potentially, could be that she needs restart of hypothalamus to kickstart pituitary/adrenal axis – and therefore clomid might be in order.

The problem isnt sensitivity. its myostatin, the natural bodys defence to piling on muscle mas to quickly and becoming an overencumeberd slow mass of a person.

Dr Dean, seemed to contribute quite a lot at the start of joining the site, with articles and answers ect, but since then his contributions had taken a downwards turn, and wasnt really living up to his Educator role, jordan prob thought along the lines of “why am i Still paying for him” and he got the boot. Plus Dr dean was heavily involved with supplement needs with some of its products being a conflict of interest

I read somewhere, that itr takes roughly 50% of the hair density per cm2 on your head to be reduced by to even notice that youre suffering from hairloss, i.e. a significant amount! – what peole often go by is if the run their hand through thier hair whilst on cycle how many more hair strands are there and fallen ou t than before – this is albeitr a crude method

Flex and tone is awesome proper old school gritty vibe to it, total fitness is good a bit out in the outskirts, olympic gym is decent near the centre too!

Watch out for frontline fit one of the owners is a real piece of work and treats people like shit, had an awful experience there, countless people have said they have had a hard time with him. Unless youre filming there and getting special treatment I would avoid, a shame as the gym is decent, and the PT’s there are sound.

if your caloric consumption is high enough that endogenous insulin secretion isnt enough to control bg, then insulin will be beneficiasl in this scenareo. Have you even checked you bg levels to ensure you even need to be taking insulin?
