Drink to thirst, your body is very very good at telling you when youre thirsty, many people consumer too much and end up diluting their salts

like it can adapt to low levels of calorie intake, your metabolism can adapt too to cope with high calorie consumption. Often dropping down to maintenance or even slightly below for a few weeks is enough to downregulate your metabolism. – similalrly, taking a break from training whether that be a calculated deload, or complete rest works well. Often in these instances, just taking things down a few notches, and getting your body used to a period of relative maintenace in all aspects including drugs is enough to allow you to push onwards later on

Whilst supplements can help, this is not something that should be happening consistantly, need to look at the bigger picture, are you ovetraining, hows your sleep quality? hormonal issues? Something is not right here

Buy yourself the Rogue scout westside reverse hyper from Rogue eu, ive just done that and its a phenomenally compact and well built piece of equipment that folds away. Youve gone over 6 months now with back issues due to bulging disk, using a reverse hyper everyday will have a very high chance of curing you quickly. But it has to be frequent not a one off. its £350 inc shipping or around that price, so well worth it.

upper back thickness, focus on something thats chest supported, where hands are pronated and elbows are driving higher than normal – anything from 45-75 degrees line of pull from torso

Is this is a serious question lol? Why would I not have a sushi meal lol?

Sure, i think this is a basic question. Maybe i will break this down more: why do you use a cheatmeal instead of a high day?
The guy has stayed on plan for legit years, the poor guy now wants a cheat meal, something he hasnt had the luxury of evn thinking about up until now, to hell with a high day

Back off for a little while, doesnt mean dont continually progress, just adjust to a higher rep range with lower weight and progress on that until aggrivation subsides. And continually assess form

Hey bud Currently you need no formal qualifications to be an online coach

So you don’t even need the Personal Training Qualifications? ?
Correct, it may seem outlandish, but there are no courses on the things that really matter, that cause long term damage, wheres the course on anabolics, pinning safety, bloodwork analysis? The courses available to us are awful, PT courses are a load of shite, if you want to learn practises and evidence that is sometimes decades out of date then sure learn PT courses, the best coaches bury their heads in pubmed studies, ask questions and shadow the best in the industry. This industry is evolving so quickly that learning from a PT course just wouldnt cut it

With a brand thats rapidly growing, you need your body to not feel like a sack of shit day-to-day. Will be much easier and efficient to take the company where you want it to go with your body and mind feeling 100%. Good choice.

meh gh isnt one of those drugs you wake up every day and hope to see the effects, its more just a behind the scenes drug. Yes you will potentially see some more 3d and roundness within the first 2 weeks from intracellular water retention, but apart from that I wouldnt go searching for anything more. Rather just keep plugging away day-to-day knowing its doing its job. You will be dissatisfied if youre hoping for anything more.

    Hey Jordan,

regarding our last discussion about sunflower butter being inflammatory I know got some plain seeds.

Can I put these into a warm meal, into cooked rice for example or will the heat of a meal also alter some of the seeds structure or inflammatory response ?

    thanks

Yes thats no issue, the temperature inside your stomach is more than your warm rice probably lol

to cut is short and sweet The vast majority. – polys are far more advantageous, but make sure they are unheated polys, so seeds, ect. Heated is inflammatory. – Have a much smaller amount of mono, and v small saturated. Dont totally neglect all of them, but make poly 85-90% of the make up. Huge mistake bodybuilders have been missing out on, fats are far more important than 99% think. And often bodybuilders neglect them and focus on the wrong fat types
