    Moving in day today, office set up, wifi on, chest freezer moved in as well – all the essentials sorted – very eager to begin getting back into the gym and training full swing again, body feels fresh and ready to go. By weeks end, everything should be sorted

    Moving into new apartment tomorrow, – extremely excited, as routine can begin. – ordered a big chest freezer ready to order bulk chicken ect. – had an early training session today, – trained pull, still in maintenace phase currently, Im using this reduced intensity phase as a means to sample all the equipment still, ready to devise my training programme Ill be sticking to in a week or two’s time

    early gym session today – psuh session

    Bench – 3 sets 5 reps
    seated lateral raise – 3 sets 8
    Prime incline shoulder press – worked up to 5 plates for 10 deadstop
    Cuffed costal flys – the stack, but generally dont have a rep range, as cant really progress in terms if weight, so playing around with long pauses in the stretch and slow tempos 3 sets 8-12
    Prime incline chest press – after those costal flys, was pretty fatigued, – 2 sets of 8-12
    Rear delts
    Triceps 2 sets

    Rest of the day was spent waiting for furniture deliverys

    yes, constand stimulation of mamary gland from imbalances of hormones taking anabolics can and will make any gyno worse if the cycle design is bad

    Cool day today – went to a place called dragon mart, think sunday carboot/sunday market on steroids. – place is just a maze, thousands of shops selling legit anything and everything, got to haggle for it all as well. Some shops are tat, others really good, – picked up a load of furniture for the apartment – which will be delivered tomorrow.

    Getting closer to not living out of suitcases lol

    Kisspeptin – quite a cool compound that was seen to help improve the response of leydig cells in the testes to LH and FSH when they became dormant. – and also almost side tracking a dysfunctional hypothalamus that didnt produce GnrH – to cause pituitary to release LH and fsh

    so one of the ways the body signals the production of testosterone is not just detecting the absence of testosterone in the bloodstream but also detecting the absence of estrogen in the hypothalamus. – nolva inhibits the negative feedback of this system taking place. – and in turn, increases production of LH and FSH – so yes nolva and the use of ai’s will help in a pct

    Do you need it, – maybe not, clomid is extremely powerful by itself, but for a thorough pct id include it

    Finally things are moving, moving into apartment this weekend, tonight consisted of buying all the furniture online ready for delivery. What have I leanrt about dubai – nothing is easy here, no-one really knows what they are doing, the goverment have one set of rules and the banks another – no deprtment talks to each other. – but… the burj is cool to look at at

    Trained legs today, very good session, trained with steven physique – was a decent session, despite being ordered by the coach to remain at maintenance volume and not obliterate myself. Hopefully end of next week, I can get into full flow of things and begin the next push. – still maintaining at 126kg

    you need a looong recovery and rest period. drop down to a trt dosage of test. 125-150mg per week. eod injections.

    Im going to hazard a guess that you are not in great condition and are carrying some excess bodyweight. – immediately introduce cardio. I cannot stress how much this will rapidly improve all areas of your body. Drop some bodyweight, and improve fitness

    – Diet needs to be elimination diet for a while, cut out any high fodmap foods, – get that inflammation down.

    Cpap – most people (bodybuilders, are idiots) they expect to buy a cpap and for it to work immediately, – theres a reason why the nhs have sleep studies, – its not just to see if you need a cpap, its at what level of pressure, mask fitment, speed at which the pressure starts ect) a cpap thas not calibrated will work 20% as good as one that is. – Im unsure of what model you have but you need to get a usb, log your readings and imput it onto a pc and titrate your pressure.

    Start implementing supplemts such as the Trainedbyjp vital support, love heart, ect. – im unsure what your blood glucose readings/blood pressure, resting heart rate is ect, but im guessing they arnt great. – these will help.

    then its just a waiting game, – these conditions have built up from a long time, and your body is in a chronic state, – it wont resolve overnight. but 2-3 weeks youll see a massive improvmen.

    4 month minimum downtime – bloodowrk will be trash right now, no point in getting it now really as we can kinda guess that everything needs to be improved, it will just confirm what we already kind of know – but aim to get some done after implementing some of these step for a prolonged period

    So yes, but only because of a very unique scenareo – I used dnp. – not a great deal at all, 150mg at peak ed. – We used a little of a wide variety of drugs, hitting fatty acid mobilisation and oxidation from every possible angle. – dnp, t3, clen, carnitine, yohimbe, ppar antagonists. Using carbs on dnp, slows down the whole purpose of it – disrupting the krebs cycle – not to mention makes you unconfortably hot. -for other individuals, who are dieting, I dont advocate no carbs.

    first step id try to implement is a planned maintenace phase of around 7-10 days. – bump to calories slightly and hold there, to upregulate metabolism, and become responsive to lowering the calories again
    How low youve got your calories currently, depends on how meticulous youve done this dieting phase, have you aggressively cut too fast and now have very little room to manoevure? – if so, then a longer phase of maybe even 2-4 weeks of increased calories might be a better option.

    Im unsure what you mean exactly that steps and diet is consistent? – has it remained the same throughout. if so, start slowly lowering one variable, and reasess. – you also have to take into consideration, that as you get futher into a cut, your bodyweight reduces and you get more efficent at your cardio. – Heart rate during exercise will reduce. – so you will have to compensate for that

    Another day of zero training at a proper gym, forced to wait in all day for a delivery of documents, that needed facial ID in person, – wouldnt give me a time of delivery either, so couldnt plan the day.

    Documents arrived V late, so had to train in the airbnb/hotel gym – which as you can imagine was v basic

    yes and no, on the one hand having a range of different exercises in various rotations – increasing the length of time before repeating an exercise, means the time it takes to stall on an exercse will be dragged out much longer. – you are correct that yes it may impact the degree to which you specialise in performing a specific exericse – but does that matter in the viewpoint that our muscles cant differentiate how mechanical tension is applied, whether its via one exercise or another for example, and in turn wont impact hypertrophy in that respective.
