so yep, likely the npp tipped you over the edge, – most people would generally be okay at these dosages and with the additon of masteron helping modulate the androgen/estrogen ratio but in some rare outliers it just doesnt give the desired effect.
Reduce test to 250 – npp to 150 , keep mast at 300. evidently 500mg of aromatising compounds is just a little too much and over regulating prolactin. vit b6 should be plenty enough to keep it at bay as it lowers from the stack design changes

Hack – 5 second eccentrics top set of 8.5plates – 8 sets – these ruined me, and tbh is really all I need to blow my quads up – bar some muscle rounds on leg extension
lying leg curl 3 sets – muscle rounds

there is no difference between the two – reason being, there is absolutely no reason why, -no matter how serious a strength althlete you are, – why you should allow your tolerance for blood pressure to be higher. There are a huge array of tools we can use to get it in range, neglecting it is just ignorant. Everyone can get it between 90/60mmHg and 120/80mmH

so you have 2 cohorts that people seem to follow
number 1) – start off with the minimal dosage required to generate results and start from there – so what youre suggesting 150mg/200mg
cohort number 2) – which I tend to side with – if youre going to do a cycle, do the one which gets you the best bang for your buck in terms of progression vs negative health consequences – which would be baseline level of test 250mg ish – and then escalate a dht such as primo/masteron from 150mg to say 300mg. – as thats where the law of diminishing returns tends to start to rear its head at circa 500mg peak androgen usage.
I see no reason why you should stick to 150-200mg of test for a first cycle, as the health consequences of adding in that little bit more androgen use of test/primo will barely be apparent – yet the increase in potential muscular gains will be very significant.

lower the test a bit to account for the npp aromatisation. so something along the lines of 250 test, 300 mast 200 npp would be a fair shout.
