    on deca base with dbol, 90% of people dont need an ai, – the androgen estrogen ratio is quite favourable. – defo only implement when side effects call for it

    if you want to look decent in june, – then it would be a pain to cut now, push up, then have to cut down again quite soon after, as generally I feel it wont give you a lot of time to “own” the extra tissue accrued and get your body used to for a bit being acclimatised to that peak bodyweight. Your not in bad shape now, so id push up, slowly titrate food up by maybe 150cal per week or something until youre 10-12 weeks out from your holiday, then begin a dieting phase.

    the major risk associated with it, hands down is insulin resistance. – this unchecked leads to diabetic neuropathy and smooth cell muscle dysfunction in the gut – (giving the typical hgh gut look) – beyond 5iu a day, you really start to see insulin resistance start to take effect. – but managed with insulin, glucose disposal agents, diet, cardio ect this can be managed and have very little long term negative effects

    the truth is, ive seen people time and time again try to target one specific area of their quads – and it just doesnt lead to much fruition, – I would’nt dwell on the thought, and just focus on getting your quads big as a whole. – if your teardrops are are a weakpoint, they will likely always be a weakpoint comparatively to the other 3 quadracep muscles.

    So first session on the bike went down today first thing this am, – went in with the mindset that, some 40 year old American female instructor class I found should be more okay for me to handle, – well I wrong, it ruined me. Destroyed my ego. – ended up finishing 9000th or something on the leaderboard – watch this space – I’m coming for that top spot

    Depends on the dosage of test you were using. But if the blood work is on the lower end of the range now, I’d expect it to bottom out in 2 ish weeks for sure

    ive seen this time and time again, likely op doest want to run injectables for whatever reason nervous or scared ect, – runs anavar only cycles, lacks estrogen aromatisation, feels like shit. – take at least 10mg of dbol ed. should satisfy this, should you STILL not want to use injectables. – but obviously supplementing with straight up test is the much prefered choice

    dont do it, – prohormones are not a substitute for steroids. – for one they dont aromatise into estrogen and will you deficient. – Im sure, finding a US source isnt that hard. – but thats up to you if you want to go down that route

    pull today, everything going really smoothly got my training routine nailed. 6-7 weeks ish before I begin a mini-cut, ive deffo put on some considerable size. Bought a nordic-track interactive stationary bike. I despise cardio, so getting somthing that makes it vaguely exciting whilst still convenient is a big win for me. – it has like 20-30min classes where you see the instructor on the screen and it automatically sets the resistance on the bike in real time with the instructor. – yeah cheesy I know, but theres leaderboards and stuff – and im fairly competitive, so burning through 500 calories in a short session will be a breeze.

    So sometimes these go away on their own, – this has a good chance of resolving over time if it’s recently formed from you getting covid – the monitor will assess how severe it is. These are not Considered fatal

    Worst case scenario you have to potentially get a very small pacemaker fitted

  • Without knowing how harsh of a pct you ran, I can’t say whether or not going straight into trt will be the only logical way forward.

    Without another pct, you’re natural levels won’t have much hope of improving.

    Step 1) – input diet into cronometer – ensure youre getting all your electrolytes 90% of the time its an electrolyte issue

    Step 2) – employ some cardio, – this will give immediate effects – whislt simultaneously dropping bodyfat

    Thats likely all youll need

    However – we can then look into using aids such as telmisartan 40mg-80mg
