For strength, you want to be looking at test coupled with dht’s – your masterons, primo ect. alongside with tren. Orals do play a very big role, – and essentially for powerlifting more = more. As the weeks progress to meet day, taper up orals to as high as you can tolerate. This is for purely maximal strength gains, -obviously this isnt healthy or to be for more than 2-3 weeks. – being health conscious goes out of the window for maximal force output.

There’s a whole plethora of videos in the education section my man, spend the next couple of weeks going through those, developing your baseline knowledge and then come back to the forums with any questions you might have

Last few days, joints have began to ache, – just general feel of low estrogen. Think my latest batch of test is underdosed or bunk. – as I’m on a low dosage of it anyway, it doesn’t take much of an underdose to drastically put me in an estrogen devoid environment – this is something I’m feeling I’ll have to frequently live with in dubai – poor gear quality and uncertainty

first of all you most likley wont need arimidex, as thers not much aromatising action occuring in your stack design – maybe maybe the last 10 days or so – but thats splitting hairs for show day
25mg of t3 is pretty pointless as on average we produce 30mcg – so starting at 37.5 is the wisest option ats its just above natural production
I dont suggest t3 monotherapy either – so include t4 at 100mcg
– introducing tren at week 6-12 is fine
Id rather start with primo then potentially switch to masteron at week 6, instead of the other way around. – indeed, theres a good argument for just keeping primo in throughout and not even needing masteron, – as primo brings great cosmetic effect in itself
rest is fine.

It’s not in the UK but I highly recommend Noa clinic Poland – quick plane journey, it’s £1400 in total. The surgeons there do like 10 a week, so are experts. I’ve recommended like 7 people now and all have had A* experiences

nearly all of these are included in the trained by jp range, it will likely be cheaper to buy some of those than all these different ones

EQ known for causing issues, most likely a neurotransmitter and anxiety issue

there are certain benefits to telmisartan that rise above the other angiotensin receptor blockers – the main one being higher affinity to PPAR. of that class of drugs it is the one that has the most benefits that pose a use to bodybuilders. – However if you cant get hold of it then candesartan is a viable alternative. – best time to take is the evening

totally fine, – the only thing you need to change is the volume of fluid injected, as sub-c sites can only hold comfortably 0.5ml to 1ml

you started out at 4800 cal and now youre like on 1500? – quite simply you cut calories too drastrically over the last 20 weeks – by over 3000. – and now youve metabolically adapted. – could you get leaner? – yes of course, but that would require going to extreme measures – that would be rather pointless.
Bring this dieting phase to an end, – start reverse dieting, slowly. and upregulate your metabolism back to a level that is meaningful – youre looking at maybe 5-6 weeks, whereby youd be able to maintain the condition you are now within a few % – then you can think about re-entering a deficit

Buy a ratchet strap or luggage strap, that you can use to anchor yourself onto the seat before the lift

Eeeking out the very last of this push up, topping out now at around 131kg, last time I dieted, I got down to 108kg, definitely some considerable muscle mass has been attained. Drop down to around 120ish this Minicut starting a week on Monday. – around 1-1.5kg pw to lose a week so should be able to wrap it up within 7 weeks.
Tempted to start it sooner, as Appetite is just non existent, but I’ve arranged for a couple of off plan meals this week, and want to get them out of the way out my system

personally PT courses are a waste of time, knowledge wise, – the only reason to get one is to enable you to work in a gym – so get the cheapest course that gets you that qualification, and then learn the high level stuff on the side. – level 3 pt is incredibly basic and information stale
