    I’d refrain from using HCG whilst on, studies and anecdotal evidence shows that testicles recover quite well, without the use of hcg and you’re just unnecessarily creating an environment for estrogen getting out of Wack

    The doses of t4 and t3 are averages for the population – there are many people with hypothyroidism who need in some cases 200mcg t4 and up to 100mcg of t3, the way in which our body translate that into bloodwork is in no way a direct figure. – same reason why peoples test levels differ on the same mg, our bodies have varying levels of assimilation and clearing rates

    There’s nothing wrong with you, – you simply need to find a dosage of each that puts you at optimal range based on bloodwork – via trial and error

    So it’s extremely important to differentiate between weight vs fat mass/body composition

    Weight is controlled via calories in vs out – however this doesn’t mean much when we are really only interested in body composition – and that does vary greatly

    Hormones, food types, genetics will make a massive difference as to what the end result will look like. Two people consuming the same Calories and having the same expenditure will very rarely have the same results

    Latest check in at 121kg
    Deload this week to help reduce some the diet fatigue. Feeling very good, on average weight is. It dropping over a 1kg a week consistently, so the decision to not have a diet break yet was made. The extra fitness from the bike sessions are immediately becoming more and more apparent – sessions are a breeze and recovery is much better, indeed this is adding the ability to tap into a new novel training stimulus which is quite cool

    Hi Max, I’ve read a lot recently in regards to primo vs Masteron and have seen some people think Masteron isn’t a good drug choice for building muscle. What are your thoughts? As I’ve read you have used it recently and I was thinking of running in for the first time alongside some test. Really appreciate it! Thank you

    Hey D Gonza, masteron not being a good drug for muscle building is a flat out lie, in fact any anabolic is very very good for muscle building, the only reason we differentiate is due to other reasons such as side effect management and strength increases for example. – I’ve ran masteron as my main growth promoter for the last 6 months – and I can assure you I’m building muscle quite well

    Best advice i can give you

    Find that one exercise you really really connect well with, the one where by the third rep you’ve already got a pump, you can do full range of motion on and it feels good on the joints.

    And rinse the life out of it.

    With a lagging bodypart I’ve found it’s better to really maximise volume on the exercise you really connect with. For me that’s a hack squat, and so it’s not uncommon for me to do 6-8-10 sets in a session, – because why would I transfer someone of that volume to another exercise if it doesn’t feel or I connect as good with

    I’d increase test to 200, and add in 150 primo, – then after a 10 day maintenance period begin to drop food again as you’ve still got some calories available to drop

    You have the option, of modifying your cycle so you don’t need one, or… run the cycle as you’ve suggested and it be almost a certainty that you’ll need one. – I’d refrain from deciding whether you’ll need one purely based on gyno symptoms

    Get a blood test done as you’re already on cycle and see what the results say

    For a contest prep, I see merit in using a moderate dose of anabolics – for a tidy up/not a context prep cut, then I don’t see much reason to use what you’re suggesting. It’s easy to lose fat, fairly easy to retain muscle using a low dosage of anabolics – but it’s hard to add kilos of muscle mass, so save the drugs for then

    Mainly increased retention of strength and increased cosmetic effects

    I haven’t used it, but it is great stuff for intra articulate repair – make sure you get the gold or platinum
