    Im thinking your cuff is perhaps too tight – measure your arms and then see the specifications of the cuff you have and if it falls within those allowances

    Start at 400 test 500 primo from your last results, get a test done then titrate test up by 50mg pw until E is in range if it isn’t already

    Hi Clark, I think naturally youre a bit of a hypochondriac, a lot of your questions are often about worries and being about something being potentially wrong, relax bud, steroids arnt magic, and often disappointing to a first time user who expects them to be this crazy drug that turns you into a monster. Youre on an very modest cycle of 300mg, – let it run its course and just eat well and train hard and stop overthinking

    Very few instances females need a pct – this isn’t one of them. – suppression in females isn’t the same as in males – and it concerns only HPA and not the testicular axis.

    Doesn’t directly build muscle mass, contrary to the name. Price vs performance compared to anabolics is dreadful. It’s benefits with insulin are not apparent, insulin is often used in conjunction with it due to GH’s propensity to increase blood glucose levels

    depends on whether you feel good currently or not, do you have any issues, – are you suffering any symptoms of low test? I try to dissuade most people from begining use of exogenous hormones if they are currently feeling good, and test is at least in range. – why? because A LOT of people who use TRT, have issues, no matter how frequent you dose, hormones are never quite as stable, – and even at replacement levels of Test, – many experience, acne, estrogen issues ect ect. |

    So base it on your goals, – if youre progressing well, and you have no suspiscion on lower range of test – other than when you went for a blood test – then remain as is.

    If you are looking for more out of bodybuilding and potential progression – then yeah sure think about jumping on

    so you are still growing, – this could be down to a variety of reasons as all your joints are constantly remodelling throughout adolescance. – it could be tendinitis, – as it makes sense that it eases off when training as the tendon becomes warmed up. – the shoulder is worrying, not being able to do machine presses or hold above head – indicates some kind of impingement. especially as it hasnt been fixed since a year, – when at 16 injuries tend to heal pretty quick – id go and book in with a physio that way it takes the guess work out

    So infrequent bouts of extreme high bp – during a set for example isnt that worrying – unless youve already got an anureysm already present. – Constant sustained high bp is what is damgerous, as that causes the walls of the arteries to be less elastic, it also puts kidneys under constant stress and can cause vision issues as well. – blood vessels are good at adapting to one off events, but adapt negatively over time to sustained bp

    ability to shorten the quad becomes less and less effective the more fatigued you get throughout the session, – therefore can argue having leg extension first that challenges the quad when its short at the start is wise (unless you have a prime leg ext) – however I cant do that, as my knees need a bit of warming up until I get to leg extension due to the sheering effect on my knees

    yep in my eyes youve got the greenlight to begin a new cycle and push up. – no need to get any leaner, any leaner and youll start to uneccessarily put yourself in an unadvantageous position. – for future, id simply drop down to 125mg test pw after your cycles, – as evidently youre planning on getting the most of the next 2 years and doing a pct after every cycle just doesnt have much merit as youre not coming off for extended periods of time
