    start off introducing 500mg around 30 min before your most carb heavy meal of the day – ensure is the rapid release version and not the Extended (XR) one

    essentially, its exact mechanism is not completely understood, however what we do know is it reduces hepatic (liver) glucose output and sesnitises skeletal muscle. – end result, helps control blood glucose levels, and metabolisation and ultisation of glucose is optimised

    – does it make a world of differnce – no, however its another cheap and effective tool

    Depends on what your current bg readings are looking like, how big your meals are as well. But I’d potentially start with adding around 15min before your most carb heavy meals of the day. And check bg response

    And I’d drop it down to 5iu and just do 2.5 before training and pre bed – unless you’re doing fasted cardio then pre fasted cardio and pre bed

    Doesnt matter too much when you take your GH, – however science suggests that taking it before activity to increase fatty acid mobilisation is a good idea – so pre fasted cardio and or training. – limit amount to 2-2.5iu max per dosing. I also take Gh pre bed

    Insulin wise, – with fast acting, think about why we use insulin – to increase the uptake of amino acids and shuttle nutrients into skeletal muscle. Taking it pre workout often isnt optimal unless supplementing with some form of nutrient intake – so have your fast acting insulin based around meal times to 1) take advantage of the nutrients from your food and 2) to help offset sudden spikes in blood glucose from your food

    nothing too concerning, apart from maybe think about getting that estrogen level down a bit – though at 500mg of test theres not much you can do apart from modify stack or add in an ai – bringing that in line will adjust prolactin also – also keep an eye on thyroid, t3 in the future verging on hypothroid

    When at rest our parasympathetic nervous system takes control – role of it is to, help reduce resting heart rate, blood pressure, promote digestio nand overall recovery – if you find your resting heart rate climbing as the weeks go on, – then this a sign your body is under stress and so will affect the role of the parasympathetic nervous system to do its job – utimately its a good sign recovery is being hindered from all the external stimulus being done to the body – a bit of downtime via deload, helps the body catch up from time to time

    youre looking at this the wrong way “if I’m 95 kg and I want to be 80 kg at the end of a cut” right there is the issue – youre giving yourself an endpoint weight which in bodybuilding you shouldnt really do.

    but you are right, as your bw decreases, your % equated amount falls, purely because youre at a leaner set point and your propencity to lose bodyfat reduces the leaner you get – but the % ballpark figure still rings roughly true as we want sustained manageable weight loss during a deficit and if you kept up the same figure of pure weight loss per week as you get lighter and lighter – thats obv not manageable
