    For a solution – increase tudca consumption – the anavar is causing cholestasis and preventing the freeflow of bile to neutralise the acid in your stomach

    For maximum effectiveness in the goal of fat loss yes there is merit to it, however this also depends on convenience and what’s time you train and whether fasting for 3 hours is feasible to do

    Maintaining is pretty simple, – but has to before right. You need to slowing acclimatise your body over time to increases in calories and slowly bringing expenditure down

    100 calorie per week increases is a good guide, to upregulate metabolism, the slower you do this phase and the smaller the adjustments the more optimal your body will adapt. Eventually this will top out, but you should be able to go for quite a while and end at a point where calories are relatively high and expenditure doesn’t have to be

    It’s pretty easy to say that using Anabolics during a rebound phase will Elicit more potential growth for sure! – and if bloods permit then i sway on the side of using it for 4/5 weeks

    However you’re an anonymous user and I can’t tell if you’re female or male. For females I never use anabolics post show, and purely rely on food

    MT2 in some people causes an effect to their insulin sensitivity and blood sugar regualtion – most namely low bg – this could cause you to feel a bit more fatigued if your bg drops

    Building muscle is a signalling process and not a net-energy balance process. Body has an incredible ability to re-distribute its composition. Energy can be taken from fatty acids to be used in the assimilation of muscle protein synthesis.

    Is this process harder – yes of course, as you don’t have an abundance of energy to pull from easily – and it’s considerably harder for naturals, whilst those on PED’s can and do it very easily

    You then have to factor in muscle protein breakdown – which there comes a point in prep where this tips the balance from protein synthesis – and in the last few weeks you won’t really be building anything at all.

    But what you’re referring to – is both increase in motor unit recruitment and muscle tissue increases contributing to the progression in performance at the start of prep.

    I’d refrain from using orals whilst in a gaining phase, anything that makes a first pass through the liver impacts appetite – anavar is no exception. I’d simply opt to add another injectable anabolic on top of your trt test

    Train at whatever time is convenient for you, and you can train hard at. The time won’t affect anything – your effort levels in the gym will do.

    Quite simply, if you get silly strong on the adductor you will trump the progression vs any other exercise in the building of your adductors.

    If you monitor your heart rate it’s still elevated, – showing it’s still in full effect, even when the side effects go.

    Clen usage is person dependant, – there are no long lasting sides, the dosage an individual will use will depend on immediate side effects and ability to tolerate them. – sleep, cramping, anxiety etc – work up to a dosage you can tolerate and prep effectively on
