Current shape – at 115.4kg atm so getting pretty lean now. Cardio is at 50min per day – 25min on the bike fasted in the morning along with 25min stairs – total weight loss so far just under 15kilo

No you’re fine, I have a carbonator in my kitchen and only drink sparkling water as Dislike the taste of normal water and use 4+ litres a day of it

Hard to say, depends on what brand of machines you have and if they are biomechanically any good – if they’re technogym or matrix for example, I’d be very hard pressed to use any machines

As above but also potentially use blood flow restriction training as well, to help maximise what you can do with limited flexion and exercise selection

Pretty good, and what I can see atm is that youve evidently progressed pretty quickly up to this weight, and youre now at a point where you now need to just stick at this weight and rep range for a little while and make adjustments each session to tempo and maintaining your position throughout. – just tidy it up perfectly until its nailed – As the set continues you can start to see some areas in musculature that breaks down – purely because you havent spent enough time doing it.

Very few instances winstrol should be used, it’s a drug that really comes with a few drawbacks and I’d only use it as the finishing touch to a physique pre contest
I’d just stick with the test and primo for a holiday, winstrol isn’t really appropriate

Id start focusing on your electrolyte balance – increasing potassium mainly

Lantus as its the longest acting and has the smoothest peaks and troughs in its blood concentrations is th safest – it also has the added benefit of closely matching the time when blood glucose is raised for a bodybuilder (first 16 hours or so – when youre awake and eating) and then drops off when youre asleep. This makes it the most manageable and less chances to get hypo episodes
Although to be honest both are V safe if youre titrating up and using alongside a BG monitor
