No, majority of t3 is synthesised in the mitochondria, simply taking exogenous t3 will not fullfil your t3 needs. You need a mixture of t4 and t3. Only part of exogenous t3 supplementation passes through the cell membrane to be of any use – the rest needs to be synthesised from t4.

This is the most optimal way to use insulin, simply taking long acting does not smooth out the sharp Spikes in bg after heavy meals. A mixture of both long and slow is the best way to keep bg levels smooth

Funny that, ages ago he asked on his channel what the best most foolproof test he could do was to prove he was natural. I asked him to do a hair follicle test, and he replied back giving excuses why he didn’t want to use that type of test specifically

Start from the bottom rather than some random arbitrary figure for each. Find out your optimal test dosage – which I’ll tell you now, 500mg probably isn’t going to be it, if you want to avoid ai’s / tamoxifen ect. Start at 350 and assess

Nandrolone wise, start at around 150 and again assess, and titrate up.

I’d push back up, but ensure that you remain a lot more composed in the way you push up. Going from 62 to 91 (nearly 30kilo) will have meant a large Majority of that weight will have been unnecessary fat.

So push back up, in a more stable and controlled manner.

  • Yes quite a few people do experience a decrease in pumps, and often a negative affect from metformin. If you are one of those people then simply modulate your insulin sensitivity using another method

Just a case of time, nothing more you can really do but wait for your body to bring the swelling down and absorb the fluid

No there’s no reason why they would. What are you taking with sweetners in it?

Great Thankyou, going to experiment with liquid L-carnitine upon wake before the cardio and see if it has any benefits.[/quote]
You’ll need a fair amount as isn’t very bio available in oral form – around 8 grams

If you’re worried about it, just put fresh cling film over the top after every use in case there is a very tiny gap you can’t see

Firstly – every rep is deemed effective reps, hate that term it’s only the last 5

And in an energy deficit, drop sets are omitted as soon as they take a negative effect on your recovery capabilities. – soon as they start to impact your loading capability in subsequent exercises because you’re too fatigued – then drop them out.

Strength retention is of key priority during a deficit, if we have to drop volume considerably to ensure strength is kept high then so be it. Hence why you’ll see quite often guys on here close to a show only doing 1 all out maximal loading set

Simply coming off the harsh compounds will improve it drastically. Adding cardio and I’m not just saying this but genuinely trainedbyjp love heart and omegas are phenomenal, kept mine very very good

So the thing that it ultimately comes down to is, – which foot position are you able to most comfortably load and progress in a safe manner. If youre taking a quad bias stance, but your putting yourself in an awkward position or your ankle flexbility is so bad that is makes thing not feel right then dont do it simple as.

Have a play around, with wedges, heels, machines that allow you to manipulate your centre of mass at will to allow you to more easily get into those postions, such as a smith machine squat, squat machine ect. – but dont force it. There are many factors at play that just dont allow a lot of people to comfortably get knee flexion that way

That book is a scurge upon the world in many aspects. There is no need to do what youre describing which is called pyramiding, there is however merit to simply increasing total weekly useage as the cycle progresses up to a peak load.

This is healthier as your body is not under peak load stress right from the start

We need less anabolics at the start of the cycle to get the same effects – as rate of muscle accrual starts to slow as the cycle goes on, we can add in more mg anabolics to help offset this
