Blood flow to the area is crucial As well as repeated rehab daily or every other day
Choose an exercise that allows for this. Maybe like a banded lying one legged hamstring curl on the floor
Reduce loading to a weight where it doesn’t hurt on exercises, and do 15-20 reps
Gradually increase resistance each session – move and further away or use a thicker band
Move onto light rehab in the gym

My advice would be to avoid any drugs which will affect your ability to eat. Next 4-6 years you want to be making huge headway in your ability to Consistently pack on muscle and you need to eat to do that.
Ditch the superdrol, it wreaks havoc on appetite and makes you feel like crap. Indeed ditch all the orals would be a smart choice, and use drugs that have as little stress as possible on the body

Yep I see no problem with that, the therapeutic dosage in studies was around 200mg. This is a safe and manageable dosage

Have some fun with the training, I’d base it on the TBJP training programme upper lower splits that’s pretty straight forward.
Go by what you look like in the mirror, make small adjustments to diet every or every other week. Very loosely use scale weight as a guide and just maintain a level of body fat where you’re still lean, but enough body fat to train hard and life isn’t all about food focus
