    The process of Getting your body out of a state of hyper sensitivity. When you’ve dieted for a prolonged period your body is extremely sensitive to any inputs in nutrition and thus it’s regulation of metabolic adaptation is too. The job of reverse dieting is to bring the two into a state of homeostasis by gradually increasing inputs up until a point where the body’s reaction to that becomes more manageable

    Free +total test
    Prolactin
    SHGB

    As these are the ones that are key for assessing libido

    Get bloods done, find out why libido isn’t great at current dosage instead of thinking more = more libido, when it could push hormones further out of range

    There’s a whole host of ways you can go about your drug usage. Which will be dictated on how fast you need to get to point A to point B, how close you are to point B already

    Bicarbonate of soda to help reduce lactic acid build up

    Apart from that, I’ve found very little to actually help the nausea from a hard leg day, gets me every time.

    Strongest stuff I’ve ever taken, had to stop very very quickly, as was a struggle to even drink water. Use small amount 0.25mg and titrate up

    Do not eat off plan meals or you will suffer the consequences

    Increase metformin dose before bed

    Potentially think about using exogenous insulin

    Cardio is 50 min fasted rn.. perfect diet too .. 1 cheat meal in the last 4 months… [/quote]
    Then add in 10iu of lantus in the am and titrate up

    Blood flow to the area is crucial As well as repeated rehab daily or every other day

    Choose an exercise that allows for this. Maybe like a banded lying one legged hamstring curl on the floor

    Reduce loading to a weight where it doesn’t hurt on exercises, and do 15-20 reps

    Gradually increase resistance each session – move and further away or use a thicker band

    Move onto light rehab in the gym

    My advice would be to avoid any drugs which will affect your ability to eat. Next 4-6 years you want to be making huge headway in your ability to Consistently pack on muscle and you need to eat to do that.

    Ditch the superdrol, it wreaks havoc on appetite and makes you feel like crap. Indeed ditch all the orals would be a smart choice, and use drugs that have as little stress as possible on the body

    Yep I see no problem with that, the therapeutic dosage in studies was around 200mg. This is a safe and manageable dosage

    Go straight into a surplus, keep some level of cardio up as well, DO NOT lose that, keep that consistency going in your life, your aerobic fitness.

    Have some fun with the training, I’d base it on the TBJP training programme upper lower splits that’s pretty straight forward.

    Go by what you look like in the mirror, make small adjustments to diet every or every other week. Very loosely use scale weight as a guide and just maintain a level of body fat where you’re still lean, but enough body fat to train hard and life isn’t all about food focus
