    Hi mate

    Have you opted for two sessions because you feel you have a lack of options?

    As Oscar has said, I think it can work, but I would probably want 3 in an ideal world.

    The most important thing will be committing and progressing, so don’t put excessive thought to it, I just think 3 will allow for an elongated progression.

    yeah that could be the problem. I used to eat around 3,6k cals a day and i went straight to 2,8k as my diet now. I am starting to feel better already as my body is getting used to it, but it’s probably the reason.

    Hiya Matyás, how long have you been dieting for? Deeper into a diet it’s hard to make progressions and for the most part the focus is to maintain strength and performance in the gym.

    What movements/sessions do you feel you’re struggling with?

    Hey, it’s been 10 days now and I mainly struggle with pressing.
