@drdeanstmart is berberine safe to take continually? or cycle it? my friend bought the berberine and ala combo off supp needs, hes a type 2 he said its AMAZING for his bg numbers hes stunned by it!!! metformin plays havoc with his bowels this does not .. he does have full bloods checked every 12 weeks too.. didnt know if it could be harsh on kidneys or liver

ok guys much appreciated i shall do that thank you .. other than that is my blood work ok? the insulin reading was high is that because i wasnt fasted?

my apologies..it was a veinous sample yes, no previous blood work to see sorry. i have just ordered some sphinx test cpy so i shall try that lab at 150mg and re test in 2 weeks? would that be long enough to see if it drops down into range?

don’t recall asking you for advice gain so kindly fuck off.. for anyone following im doing 150mg per week.. yes i can see the test reading was quite abit over maybe a test error? or doubt my stuff is overdosed? i dont know.. also the blood test was 2 days after injection could that play apart @drdeanstmart @hilly
