My bands are from Pullum Sports , very good bands…on the expensive side but you get what you pay for.

If you are local to the shop (Luton) you will get a discount for going into the shop usually … I got 20% off my squat shoes & bands 🙂

yep agree with Jordan- easily high rep squats

On Monday, John Meadows (worked with him for 2 years now) had me do a “challenge set” with 75% of my max and then into a double drop set hitting failure each time. It ended up being…

    180×13
    140×9
    100×16
    everything was battered…legs,glutes,lower back,lungs & heart

Since using cyclic/pepto intra it is v v rare I get sore but I am very sore currently lol

Good Q Jim, I would also like to know your opinion on MyProtein… I use the peptopro along with Gaspari Glycofuse for my intra.

Pleasure was all mine matey 🙂

haha we did see you come in but I certainly wasn’t going to be one of those guys who attempts a full blown conversation whilst you were training … unfortunately a member of my gym was less generous to me today and wanted a chat just before my heavy set of deadlifts!

Friday night when we got back to Milton Keynes, I was actually having a long discussion with a client of yours who’s a buddy of mine, Anthony Mclaughlin… I think he was jealous haha

hahaha…awesome. I’ve got mine tomorrow night, I will be asking my GF to come round and shout at me throughout!

Was really cool meeting you today Jordan, I really appreciate you taking the time after training to talk with me, it really means a great deal to me. Was awesome that one of the very first things you asked me was if I thought any areas of the website could be improved; shows you really care about the site and the members.

Ripped is a wicked gym , I LOVED that cable crossover next to the pec deck (near the toilets)… I don’t typically get on well with that movement but the setup of that particular one is awesome – ALL chest.

Besa (the guy dwarfing me throughout the whole workout haha) and myself can certainly make the trip down again in the next week or two to train and this time I will make sure to let you know I’m coming 🙂

Jordan, really enjoying the log so far and all the other website content.

Often in a prep, tiredness can be all over the place. Sometimes I will feel exhausted physically but be unable to sleep, other times I sleep like a baby.

My question for you Jordan is, if a client reported to you that they had unintentionally fallen asleep prior to there last meal of the day and therefore missing that meal, would you do anything about this? …add in those calories in the next day?

or is it not really something to worry about?

    thanks ahead

awesome detailing again Jordan and glad to hear Pure was manageable!

I’m definitely a fan of an early afternoon nap 🙂

Do you have a preferred form of HIIT cardio? Recently, I’ve been doing HIIT swimming and loving it! No muscle loss and a wicked delt/trap pump

However, I had eye surgery on Saturday and cant swim for a month :(… I was thinking track sprints but at my weight (247 5ft 9) I don’t think I could give it all out intensity without risk of injury

what other form of HIIT do you like Jordan?

I will be going back to swimming once the Doc says I can.
