Optimum Nutrition ZMA really improved my sleep. I know a lot of companies use cheap crappy magnesium though.. so be on the look out for that. I’ve seen Jordan previously say he rates the sleep aid that genetic supps sell highly.

bought my very first tub of protein from them when i was 14… I thought I was going to get HUUUGE.
The protein was disgusting. Not sure on product quality… I’m sure Jordan or Corrine will have more of an idea.

I love being in the gym so am very much looking forward to this.
I think my age just got the better of me in my initial response haha.. all the test making me think I’m superman and can do anything.

haha I’ll spill.. I use pharma pure 03 or Nordic Naturals. Its not cheap but its very good stuff.

yep frustrating is definitely the right word in those situations. Using Curcumin ( upon your recommendation) and buying & using the pharma omega 3’s REALLY helped my pec strain. I now feel that when I start my double split training on Monday , my chest will be 100% pain free in all exercises and ready for progressive overload. Hopefully the double split training will have me looking like Roman Fritz after 8 weeks? haha… one day!!… he’s very nice & lean for 260.
I can definitely relate to you in terms of wanting to deadlift as often as poss.
