Cheers Jordan, I’m going to follow your 3 way training routine chest/back, legs, shoulders/arms 3 on 1 off repeat! So will have to hit gym at weekends some times, but the split looks awesome and I’m getting great strength and focus in my workouts from the lower volume higher frequency approach. Glad I found your site when I did, some amazing stuff on here ????????

    Hi JP,
Just wanted to say, I am amazed at the strength gains I’ve got working in your format!! I’m beating the log book every session. I’m pushing calories a little higher each week too, but just wanted your opinion on macros obviously it would be a rough guide as you don’t know my body type etc. I’m 200lbs with 12% body fat! And currently hitting 250g protein, 350g carbs & 60-70g fats a day! So roughly 3000 calls a day! I’m looking to add more mass over the next 2-3 mths. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi yeah I’m up to 3,400 on training days now and have gained 1lb in the last week, so pretty happy with that. I do own Priory Gym in Tetbury! Pop over if your ever around for a train in the gym 🙂

Your correct as well guys, since running the higher frequency training and on 3000 cals a day I’ve just weighed myself and I’ve lost 4lbs in the last couple of weeks. So time to up the carbs especially around training and maybe take volume of work down slightly whilst using the higher frequency 😉

Thanks guys, yeah I’m on a maintenance at the moment as I’ve not long come off of a photo shoot where I had to get fairly lean. It’s not anything JP’s done for me specifically just an article based on a 200lb male and starting out a mass diet, so yeah I would say 3000cals is my rough maintenance.

Hi Jordan, I’m new to the site this week, and loving the content ?? what do you drink during the workout as your carb choice? I’ve been sipping on a lucozade between sets! Is this completely wrong? Thanks in advance buddy! Pretty new to the intra workout products etc…
