I agree with Peters comment here. To add, alongside tbjp insure you can also use digest pharma pro which is a great digest enzyme that will help to breakdown carbs, protein and fats

No training for me today, my usual rest day. Check in pics sent over to Kuba this morning. Not the best lighting as away on holiday, but still sent anyway. Some fullness has definitely come back and bodyweight has shifted upwards since last food increase. Travelling back today from Spain, so I’m going to re-take pics tomorrow morning along with weight as although I had my bodyweight scales, there’s no place like home for accuracy with the flooring.
Early night definitely needed today ahead of being back to my daily routine at home.
Kerry is out in Japan for her pro show this weekend. I think she’s looking insane, the changes her and Meg have made since working together are so so good. Looking forward to see her show day look this weekend, I have a very strong feeling she will improved from her last show a few weeks ago in Romania.

Some client work and legs in the bag early morning today. Then been with my bro just chilled around by the pool and relaxing on our last full day here. A very short break away, but it’s all good and grateful to even have the few days away. Routine has remained the same, a few later nights compared to usual but good opportunity to catch up with my bro whilst out here.

Could be just a bad shot, if it’s not inflamed should be all good bud. Just monitor it and be sure to rotate your injection sites too

Looking really good mate. Body composition still looks good and with your digestion and appetite being good you still have some room to progress. If you are feeling battered you can always taper your volume down in your session but still get after it with the sets you have or run a few de-volume sessions to get feeling a little fresher before resuming your normal plan

Check in feedback from Kuba today pretty much confirmed what I am seeing. Getting leaner, weight has not really Increased but some fullness is coming. Body is very very responsive so it’s likely a food increase will come soon. But…. Today I flew out to Spain for few days to see my bro for his 40th bday so a short few days of time downtime then we will assess from there

I agree with the feedback above. Give it a go and see how you get on. Only thing what stands out to me is lower 2. I personally like to have a hamstring isolation exercise first to get joints ready before compounds, so potentially you could move seated leg curl before hack squat for lower 2. Let us know how you get on with this

My last session of the week ticked off this morning and it was legs. 1 scoop of DNFM pre workout and the session was a banger. Not used to training that early or on a Saturday but had a really good session with my training partner. Check in pics sent over to Kuba this morning along with feedback for the week so I’ll wait to see what he says tomorrow

Not too much to report today. Definitely ready for some rest over the weekend body is feeling pretty tired. Got 1 more session to go tomorrow and that’s legs. Hunger is still really high, but being patient and following the plan in place

Headed over to ultraflex today to see coach Baxter. It was a really good and insightful, he has so much knowledge it was really eye opening. Kuba and Baxter have worked with me closely this off season with trying to get the best out of my performance. Today again highlighted that bodybuilding although an individual sport very much is a team effort to help bring out the best in you (me)

I agree with the comments from the guys above. I’d explore trying to work on other factors like Peter mentioned before going down the route of using test (unless this is something you have done before). Tbjp Natural stack works, this would be a very good option

Hi guys soooo midweek check in pictures along with weight sent over to Kuba this morning. The feedback and changes were back in minutes (like always)….I’m looking leaner and fuller again but now we need to see body weight trending up as I’m actually getting lighter post diet.
So another bump up in food, the last increase was Sunday so a fast turnaround with increasing food. My hunger is high but this is where me being patient and not wanting to eat what’s not on plan is crucial for Kuba to see how my body is responding and so changes can be made accurately. I’m not sure what my calories are or how much food has gone up by but I’m following every last detail to nail this next push up.
