So here I would allow for more than 16 weeks to get into shape. It looks like you have pushed your diet hard 600g carbs down to 0g carbs. You Being natural athlete you want to make sure you come down slowly with bodyweight to hold onto muscle, so a leaner start point and a longer prep would be advised alongside tapering calories if during prep either by a diet break or higher carb days if needed. Adding more muscle to your frame will help with your desired look but you need to allow time for this too

As above plus rbc. I would personally just get the full panel from whatever company your using.
Agreed! Better to have a full panel from the start checking all markers so you have this data to compare in the future

Well Man U were a massive flop last night. Didn’t even put a performance in the match last night which was very disappointing. Got back late after the match, so had a lay in to make sure caught up and had at least a decent sleep. Today I’ve been getting jobs done, getting my car serviced, client check ins, small food shop – so more of like an admin type day which is normal for a rest day for me really .not much else to report, midweek check in sent over and it’s more of the same continue as I am

Never used these labs myself, a couple guys in my gym have used bullion before no problems but I can’t speak from my own experience here

Hi guys
Earlier gym session today, a solo one legs close to home. All my usual exercises today, just different brands of kits but the job got done!
Trained earlier today as me and Kerry are en route to watch the Man Utd vs Bayern Munich champions league game tonight at old Trafford. Praying my team Man U get the result to keep their chances alive of getting through the group stages

Check in feedback in from Kuba today. Literally a case of keep on rinsing and repeat each week adding that bit more muscle and growing lean. My appetite is still high but that’s not my concern I have to nail this phase now being patient and that’s what I care about making each day count. Today I’ve got some client work done in the morning, then went out for a coffee with Kerry and took my meals with me bit of a chilled day. Homemade off plan meal this evening, lean mince burgers, sweet Potatoes fries and brioche buns and then it’s an early night for me. Happy with the spot I’m
In currently, mentally locked in for the coming months -
Looking really good right now big man !
Thank you man really appreciate this comment. I’m sure you are the same as me, head down enjoying the process and looking forward to getting back up on stage next year

Marc, any plans to compete 2024 season?
Hi Daniel
100% definitely competing next year. The plan is to compete in the later shows to qualify for
Next year’s Olympia and also look at the earlier qualifiers for next years Olympia too. Waiting for the show dates to get announced and then that will help with picking the shows. Itching to get back on stage -
it isn’t gh or thyroid.
It’s just body fat bud, you’ve gained 15-17 kg in short space of time, you have gained far far too much body weight / far too quick so you will have water retention and edema from water / bf
T3/4 does not cause water retention.
The key next time round is to try and be a lot more patient when you push up to avoid this.

Last session of the week done and dusted, de-volume legs session ticked off with Karlton. Reduced volume taking our back off sets but we still got after it. It was a good chance for me to work on getting my breathing pattern better this entire week with the de-volume sessions. I’m finding towards the end of my working sets when I push for the final few reps I’m changing my breathing pattern to almost sounding like a grunt around failing from my breathing instead of muscular failure so this is something I’m working on.
Check in pics and form sent over to Kuba for feedback tomorrow morning. My average weight this week is 0.8kg up and my bodyweight on average is 123.4kg which is 272lbs. I still have over 17 weeks left in this push up and roughly my bodyweight is trending up by at least 0.5kg. If I take 0.5kg x 17 that is 8.5kg and then add that on to 123.4kg that would leave me sitting at 131.9kg (290.7lbs) which would be a solid push up. The goal is growing lean and so far so good. Being patient is key to get the most of this push up.
