Deffo feeling the DOMS in my legs today after yesterday’s leg session. A nice feeling, although it’s not about muscle soreness for progression, it’s nice to know the new movements in my plan are challenging me in a different way. Client work boxed off early morning today, then a big chunk of my 8k daily steps. Currently now en route to see my physio, then when I get back I have an in person posing client

Just wondering how I went with combo?

I’m currently doing 2iu fasted am

And 25mg mk677 before bed and genuinely wondering my self if I’ll get good benefits

Appetite will increase from mk677 but crush insulin sensitivity. Would just stick to HGH like I mentioned in the other feed, even if it is a cost thing

In for a leg session today. Finally linked back up with my training partner Karlton today. Both coached by Kuba, and he has us on the same split as that’s both our areas for development with the exercise selection. Going to be linking up for our two leg sessions, upper will do solo as my shoulder is still healing. Really good session, progress definitely to be made with the new training plan, looking forward to see this progress. First run using the Nytram leg press today, I really rate it, very very smooth

This wouldn’t sit well with me and I can see why you are questioning the methods. Did you work with the coach in the off season, if so you should have a feel for how the coach works?I can’t shed any light on this approach, I would be asking the coach for an explanation and what future changes might happen so you can make a decision, because ultimately if you are doubting the process then your adherence will not last

Upper session today over at ultraflex Rotherham. Kerry was over seeing Meg for an in person check in, so I took the drive over with her for a change of scenery. Spoilt for choice in such a class gym, would have loved to have been really getting after it but continue to be patient with it all. Session itself was ok, everything got done that needed too.

Your volume isn’t crazy high, so go of your needs with your programming. Add it in and see how you get on with progress and if it’s good, stick with it and keep it in

Morning walk today with Kerry before heading to the gym for 20 mins cardio on the stairmaster, followed by mobility. Been a chilled day today, some client work ticked off this morning and then spent the afternoon with my eldest daughter which was really nice

Have you given your training program enough time to work since you have corrected your form. Chopping and changing exercises constantly won’t lead to growth. Is your nutrition sufficient to at least allow growth? Where is your chest workout placed, if it’s a lagging bodypart is placed at the start of the week or after a rest day when you are fresher?

In for legs today for me, still training solo hopefully linking back up with training with Karlton again soon.

Decent session for me, strength doesn’t feel as high as normal especially still being in this maintenance phase where I have been for 10 weeks now. Energy was decent during the session, but post workout my body feels tired almost like I’m in prep. Anyway, last meal has gone in so shortly off to bed to get a decent nights sleep

Can’t seem to post my own thread due to app issues have a question on this ..

Hey I have Genotropin GoQuick pens and MK677 25mg Caps what I’m generally wondering is doing 2iu hgh am and then having mk677 25mg at night before bed be beneficial

Thoughts please and thanks in advance

What’s your reason for wanting to use mk677? Not a fan of this at all due to its insulin resistance effects

Check in feedback from Kuba early morning, he gave me a phone call and we spoke through things today with where I’m at with my timeline and also things to be mindful of this time round post op compared to the first op. He’s extended this current maintenance phase, so I won’t be dieting next week. My recovery is still in the ground a bit so dieting now would be counterproductive and I’m absolutely fine with that because it makes perfect sense. Today I had the option of resting or pushing my training back a day as my sleep was awful, wide awake from just after 3am today, but after a nap this afternoon I decided to go and train upper and I had a good session. Some progress with movements / some movements had to work around but i am glad I trained. Mixed beta alanine with pumpage today and the tingles on the way to the gym was mad, but the focus and endurance was exactly what I needed today!

An EAA, alongside a Cyclic Dextrin based product would be far more beneficial and easier to digest than Whey Protein and maltodextrin. You’ll likely run into digestives issues, which will in turn affect your performance.

TBJP EAAs or MPS MAX, with Performance Fuel or Sustain would be the best options.

Clare has nailed this here, I’d take on board what she’s said. Personally my go to would be sustain and MPS Max

Rest day for me, it’s usually a weds but I pushed my 4 day training split back by a day. Usual rest day set up starting the day with fasted cardio 20mins on the stairs, abs and some rehab work. Still doing rehab work every other day, but a serratus anterior stretch I did yesterday with my physio using a Swiss ball I will be doing daily as it’s really not taxing and it’s a good chance to help open up my range of movement overhead. Pics taken today and sent over to Kuba for feedback tomorrow. Bodyweight at the moment is hovering 127kg on Average so far this week. The plan is to head into a deficit next week, so I’ll wait to see if the timeline will stay as it is.

I agree with the comments from the team above with this being a fair amount of volume / recovering. Like Rich has said what have you been doing before? For me looking at this, training 3 days in a row could already be a big push, what I mean by this if you’re training to true failure your day 3rd session could be taking a hit here. I’d definitely be inclined to cut the volume down or at least spread the workouts out more like how Phoebe has suggested

Morning leg gym session for me today because I had a physio session this afternoon. Had a pretty good session today, building back up with load with the new exercises in my lower training plan. Cybex Hack squats moved pretty well today 5pps for 10+1 reps. Physio session was really good today, working on the exercises to open up my scapula more and give me more ROM from my serratus anterior also which went well, so now to include these into my rehab plan. Client work ticked off this morning, currently on my way back from my physio session then I have an in person posing client.
