    Hi guys,

    I have been doing fullbody for some time now and for most part of it I have done 4 variations of the fullbody split, so an A / B / C / D fullbody split.

    Recently I switched to only A / B, because there are not that many good machines in my gym so I felt like I was wasting my time doing all those variations.
