I agree with Kamara here.
Try and see overtime if you need more volume on centain body parts, and choose the exercices that fits for you. -
Hi bud, I can’t say for sure but it could well be that a triceps exercise has been added in for additional volume for your triceps and also it’s a small muscle group so it won’t be taxing on your body or take away anything from your session. In my pull workouts I also have one additional triceps exercise for the reason I gave above, so I would think this is likely the case for why triceps rope push down is in this workout
Thanks a lot marc! Man let me ask you, im in prep, ive doing 3on 1 off (pull/push/legs/rest) feelling that recovery Inst 100%! Do you think that at 6 weeks out change to push/pull/off/legs/off would be a bad idea? Thank you!
Hey Luan
I thought I’d reply here for you.
Yes I would definitely if your schedule allows give the extra rest day between pull and legs – should help hold performance and have recovery in a much better place for you especially as you drive into the end of prep.
If you schedule allows I think recovery wise in offseason it’ll be better from a performance perspective too
Thanks a lot meg! I Will change !
Thanks marc! i apprecciate the response! -

Hi kuba! Im a huge fan from Brazil! I have a question
im in prep, ive doing 3on 1 off (pull/push/legs/rest) feelling that recovery Inst 100%! Fucked a bit my lowerback.Do you think that at 6 weeks out change to push/pull/off/legs/off would be a bad idea? Thank you!
It’s a great idea, you will recover better and progress a lot more.
You can only do what you can recover from! Especially now in prep it’s a great idea.
Thanks a lot kuba! -

Bro, if your e2 crashes, id up the test a little bit and keep mast dose!
I dont think you need 50mg of winnie…. 20/30mg would be awesome for you, for exemple, im 267/266 lb (122kg) and i take 20mg o winstrol on traning days! -
Hey meg! Im a huge fan from Brazil of you and kuba! How is your protein intake atm?
Thanks ! Take care -
I agree with Claire – volume can be adjusted if needed during depending on recovery and being smart with deloads still even in a prep to keep you going
Thanks meg! Im a huge fan! Take care

I don’t think you need to dedicate a whole training session to arms even if they are a weak point. You could tag a few arm exercises on to your leg session for example as it’s not as taxing. But again this depends on what training split you have been doing previously whether you need to change anything
Thanks marc! Im doing bíceps in my legday, recovery is pretty good!
-
Agree with Clare, what’s the motivation for changing your split now?
Theres no reason you guys are right! Im doing pull/push/leg/rest/ repeat
Ive been recovering and progressing! Just wonder if theres a need of armday
Thanks guys
