If the goal is still very much arm , I would give the upper / lower a go . I think that’s probably the best way to do it , and start with push downs and curls

Yes JP I did, gained pretty much 4kg stage weight in a year -

I don’t have access to any , I think Kuba maybe be able to get me some , he can get his hands on anything haha , so if he can , I will give it another run 🙂

Food choices is really individual but for me it’s all good
In my opinion I would up protein to 200g and carbs 200g or more and I would put fats at 75g, 1g/kg of fats it’s plenty to keep hormone levels.

It’s really good to improve your fitness, it helps a lot with your cardio work!
I’ve used 20mg per day, really helped, but I haven’t seen a better fat burn with it, the only benefit it’s the one that I said above ! -
Exactly, train exactly equal than in off season, or lower the volume
I had a very veryyyyy bad experience during three months with a coach who made me workout glutes way too often, higher volume that I was doing in the past, and litterally the muscle burnt itself alone.
Also don’t do too intense cardio to try to compensate the condition, choose a normal form of cardio, just play with the diet and the duration of the cardio, to reach the peeled condition.
Too intense cardio will attack much your muscle also.

As I’m 115/117kg on stage this year cardio is really taxing for a open bodybuilder
I only do steps at the end of a prep !
Talking about lots of volume a athlete from brazil 🇧🇷 (Isa Pescini) I’m Brazilian too 🙂 anyway, she made a video talking about that, when she chanced coaches the training had lots lots of volume, her physique was really worse than the previous years!Thanks a lot for your time !

I asked you because a friend of mine told me that he does that, 10 weeks out of a show he trains pretty much daily and stops at 3/4 weeks out because of the fatigue that it getsI asked you because I said to him that I didn’t agree with that approach and I never did it 😂😂

Hello kuba! I need your insight, do you think by this pose I need to focus on arms!? I’m starting my contest prep been dieting for 3 weeks now, currently 15.5 weeks out, weight is 132kg fasted and I’m 1.77m

Looking at your front double yeah I do think you could do with more arm but this is just one shot, knowing that you only have 3 weeks left there won’t be that much that can be done now going into prep buddy [/quote]

In my opinion no need to add an arm day in your case buddy, only if you like it to…. Then it’s ok
