Deleted UserJune 12, 2019 at 12:22 pmDelighted to see you become a member of the team. Really looking forward to watching your progress this off season. Whats your current weight and height? And macros for both days? Are your cals still a little lower than normal after pulling the little bit of “fluff” you added from all of Torontos goodness or are you gaining on these?

Deleted UserJune 12, 2019 at 2:56 pmHi Louis, looking forward to following the log.
1) Do you have a coach or do you coach yourself?
2) What’s your favourite body part to train?
3) How has having James as a training partner affected your training? -
Be very good to see some background info on yourself Louis!
Whether that’s in this log or maybe a vid on the site.
How long you’ve been training, what got you into BB, your physique goals etc.

Well done Louis being added to the TBJP Team!
If you’re an enhanced athlete, what does an offseason look like for you? TRT, HGH, etc?
Thank you.

Deleted UserJune 12, 2019 at 5:15 pmNice to see you in. Reason on the lower
frequency approach ?Hey buddy just to give my body a slight rest as push pull legs can be really taxing on the body! I will keep this routine for a short while then revert back to push pull legs!
