Hey buddy! Yes always a larger initial weight drop. I would keep calories the same until weight stalls. Then reduce slowly.

Morning guys, had a nice day yesterday in town. Had some lunch then walked around for a few hours and had some dinner and made my way back. Chilled in the late evening. Slept ok but up early today for a fasted walk then off to work!

Hey guys, another long day working in the city yesterday! Got back in the late afternoon and went to the gym for a nice back and shoulder workout! Came home and ate and went to bed! Slept well today but need to rest after a long week!

Hi Calvo, I don’t really see any issues with doing that however I wouldn’t so do personally. I would switch to buying masteron in a vial (if accessible) or adjust my weekly dosage to suit the ampoules. That’s just a personal preference.

Morning guys, had a mega long day in central work yesterday I didn’t get home until around 8pm and was shattered so skipped the gym, ate and went to bed! Up at the crack of dawn again today for work but it’s the last day in central for now so hoping to catch up on some work and training over the weekend!

Morning guys, another long day on site yesterday in central London. Got back in the late evening and went and played a bit of tennis but started raining/ snowing. So bad move really I wish I went to the gym instead! Had dinner and went to bed! Up early doors again today for another day of work in the city!

Morning guys, had a mega busy tough day at work yesterday! Managed to keep food fairly clean even though it was a long hard day. Got home in the early evening and went to the gym and hit a nice chest workout. Blood flow and kind muscle connection wasn’t at its best, not sure why but slugged on and got it done. Happy to be back in the gym need to keep it up! Had a meal and went to bed! Up at 5am again today for work in the city!

Morning guys, had a solid day yesterday back on plan. Went to the gym in the late afternoon and it was absolutely packed! Upper body was a no chance so hit some light leg workout for the first time in a long time! Came home and ate and then went to play a set of tennis! Had my last meal after and went to bed! Up at the crack of dawn today working in central on site.

Hey guys, played tennis after my fasted walk yesterday! Then chilled for the rest of the afternoon into the evening! Up early today for my fasted walk as usual, back on diet plan. Weight was 85.7kgs so need to get that down a little!
