Morning guys, had a great tennis session yesterday morning. Then came home and ate breakfast and chilled for a bit. Spent the afternoon/ evening with family. Up early today for a fasted walk then heading off to ally pally for afternoon session of darts.

Hey buddy, to be honest I wouldn’t say I ever lift light. Yes I may adjust rep ranges sometimes but the weight is still significant as they’re won’t be huge differences in those rep ranges.

Morning guys, had a busy day yesterday ended up working for a lot of the day. Chilled in the evening, popped down the pub to see my mate and play some darts! Up early today for fasted tennis session!

Hey buddy, amazing work! What’s the goal here? Your condition looks good right now and yes you do have that loose skin you may need to spend a bit more time here and even try and build a little more muscle to fill that frame out and it will probably help with that to be honest!

Hey buddy, definitely won’t be able to substitute lateral raises for shoulder pressing as it’s a completely different movement, if you cannot shoulder press at all without pain then simply don’t do it. Focus on your isolation movements for front, side and rear Delts. Also IF you are able to incline chest press then focus on that also.

Morning guys, went to gym first thing yesterday to do a rehab session then trained arms after! Did some shopping then came home and ate. Chilled in the afternoon then popped out for dinner in the evening. Came home, watched the darts and went to bed!
