Hi Josh, rough calculation of current calorie intake is Training Day 2100 and Rest Day 1500 but like I said before this changes very often and I may add/remove food according to how I look. Enjoy the weekend buddy!

Good morning guys! Feeling absolutely beat up today! Had a killer quad workout yesterday with James and big Damien from kings! 2 rest days in a row now so need to get my recovery on! 50g carbs per meal today and no carbs tomorrow. Any questions about the workout or the food hit me up!

Hi Dimitri, Protein is usually cooked weight and carbs are usually Uncooked weight for me. I am a Locksmith!

Would all sets be to failure? And would you ascend or descend weight or try to do all 3 sets at the same weight per exercise
Failure yes but not beyond. No forced reps at the moment! I’ve been working around the same weight for each set.
