Hi westley, I’ve got a few holidays booked so I’m trying to stay in shape for them and then after the summer I’ll fully start the offseason! For now I’m just letting my body recover ready for a productive offseason!

Quads
Leg Ext – 3 x 20 SUPERSET Romanian Split Squat 3 x 12 (each leg)
Hack Squat (knees close) 3 x 10-12
Leg Press (Frog Stance) 3 x 15
Abductor 3 x 12
DB Curl (back against wall) 3 x 12-20I think that was everything! Chris filmed for the site so the workout will be up soon!

You just have to keep dieting until it comes off really! Nothing special will make it come off just keep pushing and it will eventually come off.

How difficult is it for you to get meals in and training in around your job?
Assuming as you train with James you will be doing RDL’s so what session do you prefer these in? Back or Legs?
Hi Grazey, the food isn’t too bad to get in but I eat a lot when driving which I shouldn’t lol I don’t tend to spend a lot of time in one place I’m always darting about so I have to eat on the go. If your prepared you can make it work!! I prefer doing BB RDLs with back but if doing DB RDLs I like them with Legs. At the moment we’re splitting Quads and Hams so been doing them with our Hamstring workouts.

Hi Louis, how much weight do you have to play with in regards to stage weight? At your height the limit is just over 200lbs if I remember right?

Hi Michael, the weight limit for me 5ft8-5ft9 is 86kgs and my last competition stage weight was 78kgs!

Hi Josh, rough calculation of current calorie intake is Training Day 2100 and Rest Day 1500 but like I said before this changes very often and I may add/remove food according to how I look. Enjoy the weekend buddy!

Good morning guys! Feeling absolutely beat up today! Had a killer quad workout yesterday with James and big Damien from kings! 2 rest days in a row now so need to get my recovery on! 50g carbs per meal today and no carbs tomorrow. Any questions about the workout or the food hit me up!

Would all sets be to failure? And would you ascend or descend weight or try to do all 3 sets at the same weight per exercise
Failure yes but not beyond. No forced reps at the moment! I’ve been working around the same weight for each set.
