Which it’s the brand that you use for digestive enzymes and multivitamin?
Hi Juan, currently using the supplement needs multi vitamin and mineral pro and for digestive enzyme I just have the bulk powders digesting enzymes however I hear that supplement needs are bringing out some sort of digestion stack if it’s not out already so I will switch to that once I’ve finished these as I really do believe in the quality of the supplement needs range by @drdeanstmart

I like using the treadmill but I have the same problem as sweating less. I tend to go for the spinning bike personally as I get a great sweat during that of the level of resistance is high enough!

Morning guys, this mornings weight was 81.3kgs, lost a little weight after over 36 hours with no carbs. Fasted cardio was tough this morning as feeling really exhausted. Training shoulders with the big man this afternoon after a few pro carb meals. If you want to hear more about my diet or the workout hit me up! Have a productive day!

I personally use the Heinz No Added Sugar and Salt Ketchup (light green label) it tastes great and the macros aren’t bad at all. I think if you start prep with this in your diet. Keep it in for the duration and your still getting in good condition there’s no reason to cut out out. If your not losing fat then maybe pull it out. I personally kept it in for the entire prep but I only had it maybe once or twice a day on beef meals so didn’t really use much and I don’t use sauce on other meals. You can find this in the larger supermarkets with the other Heinz ketchups. The smaller food stores don’t sell it.

Hi Louis. I use the 50% one. I have it on all my rice meals. I have too lol. If not even with seasoning it’s dry as fuk lol
Haha yes it does get dry mate!! Have a look for the green one the macros are even much better than that one and the difference in taste is minimal!!

I basically hav it on all my meals apart from pre bed meal. My egg whites my 2 chicken meals , my Turk mince meal and my steak meal lol. 5 out of 6 meals I have it lol. I prefer it to useing loads of water to wash food down lol
That’s what I used to do drink loads of water with it but that messes up my digestion too much so I don’t drink with meals anymore! I do salt my food quite heavily that usually makes it easier to get down!

Hi Louis, noticed in your first post you said you have 1 off plan meal usually on rest days, what’s the thinking behind having that meal on rest days as opposed to having the extra nutrition around one of your workouts?

Hi Jack, I personally like to keep my nutrition clean around my training! I feel like I digest and absorb the clean food better and around my training is when I need that nutrition the most. Rest days my calories are dramatically lower so creating a deficit all day and then having a meal off in the late evening allows me to keep a little leaner during the offseason and also is some good fuel for the workout the following day! That’s just my opinion and what works for me though buddy! I know james has a similar approach himself!
