I tend to get very soft very quickly after competitions as I tend to indulge in food a little even though I still eat clean most of the time and still do cardio them meals off really tend to effect me! It is not easy to deal with this mentally but after a few years in the game you will realise that a show ready look is not really maintainable during the offseason and I think once you come to terms with that you’ll be a little less stressed about holding a little extra fat and water especially when your trying to gain some tissue. I try to focus on improving within my training a lot more than really looking at and assessing my physique on a daily or weekly basis. I think a lot of people will suffer with the same problem but as Clare says above you do need to focus on the bigger picture and focus on the end goal and not the current situation. It’s all a process at the end of the day!

Good morning everyone! Just finished another fasted workout with James! Still looking a bit flat so going to hit another higher carb day today probably aim for about 400g of carbs spread over my 6 meals! Hey Buddy! New York Bagel Co OR Warburtons! I’ve actually tried crumpets today and they’re really light and feel a lot easier on the stomach so may stick with them for now! Not sure if they’ll have them in Denmark but keep an eye out!!!

Hi, I personally weigh all my protein out cooked weight. I’m not sure of the exact science but I would personally say 100g Cooked Chicken would be 20g as there’s not really any water in the chicken after it’s been cooked. That could just be me though and that’s how I’ve done things for years with all my protein sources!

Hi mate, I’m not the biggest fan of Intra carbs as they do tent to bloat my stomach a little bit! Personally I’d lower them to maybe just 20g and add in extra carbs into your pre and post workout meals. Eventually you can drop them completely.

Good morning guys! Woke up a little tighter today. Trained fasted again done a back and biceps workout early morning! Really enjoying the log as have watched your progress through Instsa/Videos with James and really admire your work ethic & physique. Do you have much veg within your diet? A lot of your meals (in photos) ie Cod/Rice seem to be quite small. How do you get on with hunger levels?Hi Matt, thanks so much! I don’t actually have much veg at all in my diet! Lucky if I have 1 meal a day with veg in it! It’s bad I should have more really! The meals are small when trying to pull condition in and hunger is a daily occurance but I just push it to the back of my mind and focus on the end goal!

I personally use my spin bike indoors as I can do it fasted and saves me a lot of time. I do like an incline walk and the cross trainer can be useful if the level is high enough! Never used stairs as always got on pretty well with the above!

Hi mate, yes I never push the drugs too hard! With regard to the offseason I usually do a very similar approach to James as our body’s usually respond in similar ways and we’re both always evolving and coming up with new ideas! We will let you guys know as soon as we have a plan in place!

Your condition is outrageous. Can I ask why the sustanon over test p?
I like to keep long and slow in there together. I compete abroad a lot and I don’t like to take Anabolics with me so tend to stay away from prop as if I don’t inject it for a week it can mess my test levels up a little. Condition is ok just now pushing to be a little tighter at the moment. It’s coming in slowly!

Just keep adjusting as your weight and fat drops. You’ll need to adjust calorie intake to keep the progression going!

Are you using any fat burners currently Louis and are you still on cruise dose of 125?
Hi Josh, I am using fat burners and Anabolics at the moment. Fat burners I’m using 40mcg Clen, 1 Tab T3 & 1/2 Tab T4 Daily. Anabolics are Sustanon 300mg, mast prop 300mg & Tren a 300mg. I will be off cycle after the next few weeks and back down to a cruise of 125mg test cyp probably.
