    Morning guys, had a mega long day in central work yesterday I didn’t get home until around 8pm and was shattered so skipped the gym, ate and went to bed! Up at the crack of dawn again today for work but it’s the last day in central for now so hoping to catch up on some work and training over the weekend!

    Morning guys, another long day on site yesterday in central London. Got back in the late evening and went and played a bit of tennis but started raining/ snowing. So bad move really I wish I went to the gym instead! Had dinner and went to bed! Up early doors again today for another day of work in the city!

  • Hey buddy, it is totally personally dependant but for me yes. I digest jasmine rice a lot easier than others and I also find it a lot easier to consume in large amounts.

    Morning guys, had a mega busy tough day at work yesterday! Managed to keep food fairly clean even though it was a long hard day. Got home in the early evening and went to the gym and hit a nice chest workout. Blood flow and kind muscle connection wasn’t at its best, not sure why but slugged on and got it done. Happy to be back in the gym need to keep it up! Had a meal and went to bed! Up at 5am again today for work in the city!

    Morning guys, had a solid day yesterday back on plan. Went to the gym in the late afternoon and it was absolutely packed! Upper body was a no chance so hit some light leg workout for the first time in a long time! Came home and ate and then went to play a set of tennis! Had my last meal after and went to bed! Up at the crack of dawn today working in central on site.

    Hey buddy, it totally depends on your. Budget there’s a lot of amazing supplements out there! TBJP Dream sleep would be a good start to improving that quality of sleep that will help a lot.     Hey guys, played tennis after my fasted walk yesterday! Then chilled for the rest of the afternoon into the evening! Up early today for my fasted walk as usual, back on diet plan. Weight was 85.7kgs so need to get that down a little!

    Hey buddy, personally I use jasmine rice and I cooked it in a cheap old rice cooker. I’ll bulk cook it and divide it into portions.

    Hey guys, had a chilled morning yesterday. Arms were sore from training so rested form gym but went and played a few hours of tennis in the afternoon. Chilled in the evening but up early today for a fasted walk.

    I like it, couple of thoughts

    3 sets of safety bar squats is probably excessive with an RDL variation in the same session. Drop a set and see how you go

    Do you train calves separately?

    ashamed to admit I haven’t been training calves with and consistency. I’ve been doing the 3 sets of squats with lighter weight to learn the movement better as whenever I do a free weight squat my hips get agitated but I will drop the 3rd set and add calves! my main concern was the importance of always having a leg press on a leg day as that seems pretty standard.

    Hey buddy, I like to add 2 exercises for calves after every other workout. Or every lower session if doing U/L split! 2 exercises, 4-6 working sets.

    Hey guys, had a productive day yesterday! Went out for my fasted walk then ate and went to work! Came home in the evening and went to the gym and had a good arm workout! Came home and ate and chilled watching the darts. Playing tennis this morning.

    Hey guys, had a solid tennis session yesterday morning then went off to work! Headed into town for some late lunch then off to ally pally for the world darts semi finals! Incredible night, got back around 1.30/2am! Slept in a little today then went for a fasted walk after!
