    Hey guys! Busy day yesterday travelling to Moldova! Got here in the late afternoon and did some exploring around the capital, Chisinau. Had some dinner and walked around some more! Up early today for a tour!

    Hey buddy, it’s not always possible or essential to constantly be improving these types of lifts. Chest and shoulder press movements are some of the hardest to get stronger. You must be patient. As long as your hitting good numbers every week I wouldn’t get down on yourself for not necessarily lifting heavier or getting an extra rep every workout. I would also look at the frequency of your lifting, I personally only perform pressing movements in 2 workouts per week. Which gives me a lot of time to recover for the next workout. You might be hitting them too frequently in your UL format. Also I like to vary the movements and vary the rep ranges. This gives me even more time to recover from specific movements.

    Morning guys, had a busy day at work yesterday. Got home in the afternoon and managed to squeeze in a quick arm workout which was nice. Ate after then went out to a live music event which was cool! Up at the crack of dawn today heading to the airport!

    Hey buddy, personally I don’t like doing biceps on Lower days so I would add the bicep work into my upper day and add in more leg work on my lower days like adductor, adductor, single leg movement such as Bulgarian split squats etc.

    Hey guys, had a great tennis session yesterday morning. Very productive working on some new things. Came home and had breakfast then went off to work. Ended up working until 9.30pm I was absolutely slammed all day! So missed the gym which was annoying because I’ve been wanting to go! Slept fairly well. Was up early today for a fasted walk.

    Hi Max, a carb meal is definitely hugely important post workout as Kuba has mention to restore glycogen and help with recovery. It doesn’t necessarily NEED to be a HIGH carb meal. That would depend on your calorie requirements for your diet!

    Morning guys, was up early yesterday for a fasted walk then went off to work and was slammed all day until around 5pm then I shot back up to north London to the ally pally for another round of snooker! Got back about midnight! Up early today for a fasted tennis session!

    Hi Ben, I don’t actually know if there’s any long term health risks with eating red meat daily but I eat red meat multiple times daily as I don’t get on with chicken/ turkey and my health is in great working order!

    Hey buddy! Yes always a larger initial weight drop. I would keep calories the same until weight stalls. Then reduce slowly.

    Morning guys, had a nice day yesterday in town. Had some lunch then walked around for a few hours and had some dinner and made my way back. Chilled in the late evening. Slept ok but up early today for a fasted walk then off to work!

    Hey guys, another long day working in the city yesterday! Got back in the late afternoon and went to the gym for a nice back and shoulder workout! Came home and ate and went to bed! Slept well today but need to rest after a long week!

    Hi Calvo, I don’t really see any issues with doing that however I wouldn’t so do personally. I would switch to buying masteron in a vial (if accessible) or adjust my weekly dosage to suit the ampoules. That’s just a personal preference.
