Morning guys! Managed to get out on the court for about an hour yesterday and hit some balls. I couldn’t move around much but I was able to start hitting the ball properly after a while. Focusing on my weight transfer driving through the ball! Went to work after then done some work in the garage in the evening! Up early today for work.

Definitely the side Delts or quads if they’re lean enough! I always used normal pumps and blue/ orange pins. Never injected oil with an insulin pin!

Morning guys! Had a extremely busy day at work yesterday! Didn’t manage to eat much. Felt a little less ill. Got a lot of work done then had a nandos in the evening! Didn’t sleep very well! Up early today to get out on the court and see if I can hit some balls without any hamstring pain!

Hey guys. Woke up yesterday feeling like I’d actually been run over by a truck! Couldn’t even get out of bed! Very ill, coughing a lot and feeling really rough! Hamstring was sore too so I dosed up on painkillers and anti flammatorys and stayed in bed all day!

Hey guys! Woke up feeling rough as yesterday! Went out to work then came home and rested for a bit! Had a tournament match booked for 2pm so went out and played even though I shouldn’t have but I didn’t want to forfeit the win! I was literally 2 points away from winning when I tore my right hamstring running for a drop shot! Got home and iced it and rested all evening!

Hey buddy! I would definitely say no! Just as long as your eating enough food to recover and protect muscle if that’s a goal!

Hey buddy! I have a similar shape actually! I would suggest work on making your lats bigger and I would be careful
When training abs. I would try and work just your abs only and not surrounding muscles, just crunches. Focus on doing vacuums also and over time you will make your upper body wider than your waist. That’s what I had to do!LouisMoylan

Morning guys! Started feeling quite ill yday! Had a busy day at work but decided not to go gym just incase i made it worse. I played a few games of tennis in the evening as I’ve got a match today so I wanted to hit the ball a little. Won both games but were friendlies. Got called to work after so worked pretty late. Got in had some steak and rice and went to bed. Slept very rough, coughing all night barely slept, woke up feeling like shit today! Off to work, hopefully I can play this afternoon!

Hey buddy! Personally I think after 2 or 3 meals is optimal. That gives you enough energy to train and still enough meals after for recovery! However you will need to trial it yourself for a few weeks and see how your energy levels are!
