If you don’t want to change the cardio equiptment with something that’s easier to do low intensity cardio. Then I would suggest reducing the amount of days your doing cardio or the duration of the cardio. Or as Jordan mentioned reduce the intensity so your HR is lower!

Morning guys, had a more chilled day at work yesterday! Then trained shoulders in the evening which was good. Feel like my endurance has gone down a lot but I’m not surprised considering I haven’t trained much at all lately! Ate and went to bed after!

Hi Luka, could be the eggs. I had stomach issues for years and I tried so many things, I cut gluten, wheat, dairy and nothing work. Finally I did elimination dieting and the last thing for me to cut out of my diet was eggs and a 3/4 days after I stopped eating eggs my stomach issues completely disappeared. So now I don’t eat eggs or chicken.

Hey! If your struggling to eat high volumes of food you should start eating more carb dense sources so stick with breads, pasta, rice as opposed to potatoes and oats. Also you can add fruits and honey etc into your meals to help increased carbs without adding volume. Lastly you can add carbs intra workout with our TBJP performance fuel/ sustain intra supplements.

Hey buddy, personally I don’t like leather straps and I don’t like Versa grips. For the last 5 years I’ve only used the shiek sports basic 2” lifting straps I think they’re the best I’ve ever used they never break theyre super strong and they’re really comfortable and very affordable.

Hey guys, spent an amazing day yesterday in Old Orhei! Some beautiful scenic areas of Moldova! Had some local food then went to a local winery and had some wine tasting! Chilled in the late evening. Out for a walk this morning, last minute exploring before heading back to London!

Hi Luka, I would go with 1st one eating at 7:00, 9:00 and 11:00am. 2-3 hours between meals is ok but 4 hours is pushing it a little far in my opinion.

Hey buddy, it’s not always possible or essential to constantly be improving these types of lifts. Chest and shoulder press movements are some of the hardest to get stronger. You must be patient. As long as your hitting good numbers every week I wouldn’t get down on yourself for not necessarily lifting heavier or getting an extra rep every workout. I would also look at the frequency of your lifting, I personally only perform pressing movements in 2 workouts per week. Which gives me a lot of time to recover for the next workout. You might be hitting them too frequently in your UL format. Also I like to vary the movements and vary the rep ranges. This gives me even more time to recover from specific movements.
